Imeo sometimes the button stucks and fires continuously. Is this happens cause i overtight the battery to the mod or do you have other explanation, maybe the spring?

I would take it apart and clean it real good. And when you put the switch back together, make sure you're pressing it when you tighten the screw/pin. Don't over tighten it, just get it snug, you'll feel it kind of stop at a certain point.

Thanks for advices Zoso although this happened when i tight enough the 510 tube then the fire button has small space to fire and while vaping i feel the button stucking a little and after some fires it stucks and fires. I use it right now with no problem of continuous firing but sometimes i can feel at button a tiny stucking. I think Imeo knows it better than me lol lol

Received my GG4s short version this morning, hybrids, fires and match everything ;)
As always with GG, you receive more than expected : iv not noticed first the bottom pin has the same diameter of the body tube hole, so when dismantled i was afraid an unknown parts to be lost, before understanding the clever use of the compressed o-ring :) this '2 parts inverted telescopic' is a nice, simple and very effective solution.

When locked, it remains in my opinion a classic GG with his brass telescope accent In the middle of the steel body, a really nice touch and a modern interpretation of one of GG's signature.

Smaller than a 500 esterigon, i now have the perfect 18650 versatile everyday compact mod. Fitted with all my atos, its clean lines enhance the 'gold' firing button, in fact all the bottom of the mod act as a firing button, wich is ergonomic and visually cool. I find the 4s to be a fine performer with some demanding low-ohm coils in some drippers i use (nice combo with a veritas, a v1 nucleus and a brass APO).

Adopted ! (Imeo, probably more than ever you have to release brass atomiser caps .... ;)

thank you very much Corona. That was a great small "review" and a great compliment at the same time. I am proud about your post but more about your satisfaction with GG4S:TOAST:

its exactly because you overtight the unit Blue. Dont do that because you stretch the battery. But if you like to do that, you can sand a little the center pin. Its very easy

if you feel that button stucks, please clean it with mesh Blue. I will try to make a video tonight on this issue

Just want to confirm when you clean your gg4s would the steps be disassemble (remove O-rings,firing pin, spring, top cap, locking ring) wash all parts I like to use dish soap mild with a soft toothbrush dry with a lint free cloth As for the firing pin use some ss mesh 400 or finer on a flat surface place firing pin on mesh apply downward pressure and draw towards yourself keeping it flat level 4 or 5 times should be nice and clean keep it flat and level as to not change the shape of the pin. If i missed anything let me know. I clean the spring but with dish soap and soft toothbrush as well this must be done very carefully. Just a side note i also use the ss mesh to clean the contacts of the battery's doesn't hurt imo.

Hi mr Zoso how did you polish the GG4s in the pictures it looks fantastic

Thanks alanbt58!
I used wet/dry sand paper, wet. Started with 1000 grit and worked my way down to 2000 grit. Then buffed it with Mothers Mag and Aluminum Polish.
Got some threaded rod-1/4-20(this slides in the 510 hole, it does not screw in), a few washers that would fit inside the GG4S, a couple rubber washers and made a holder that allowed me to chuck it in a drill. Ran it medium high under a flow of water as I sanded. Only took about an hour.

Here's some pics of the stuff I used and the 'holder'-

Just be sure to take the o-rings out, and the pin and spring before doing it.
