mrZoso, i am an engineer to trade but what you did with the equipment you used is pure genius !! I take my hat off to you great job, i doubt very much it could have been done any better by a professional machine shop.

First of all it's tiny and that says something considering I've been using Esterigon at 18500 for some time now.
The walls of the mod are so thin which makes its extremely light without a battery, maybe that won't make it as durable but thats a trade off. (I recently dropped my JGG on the street. When I found it hours later it barely had some tiny dents made from cars which clearly ran it over!!!! Now That's quality). The threads on this thing are amazing and they're probably just as good on my Tilemahos but seeing it on a larger tube makes it more impressive. The button is also really good, works perfectly and feels right. Nothing beats the Esterigon button in terms of feel but this is very comfortable to use and it's obviously related to its small size.
Also the CNC engraving is BEAUTIFUL. I was disappointed by Tilemahos engraving andI know I've said that I prefer laser engraving but this looks stunning. Even from the pictures of the JGG ESG edition with shallow engravings it was clear that you can get a really nice result. At this price this bottom mech mod with all these features is way better than anything out there. I handed it off to my brother who isn't and avid vaper but has gone through many other branded mods and the first thing he said is 'finally, now this is something I can use'.

I've polished a lot of things in my life and I'll always try to find a quicker easier way first, to do as little by hand as possible,,lol

Here is a quick cleaning video nothing fancy at all for the GG4S I show how to tighten the firing pin again they way I have been doing it has not caused me any trouble at all. Also what I always forget to mention I clean my wire with SS mesh as well and my bat contacts. Once again it is taking forever to process so might not be ready for a little while.

GG4S polish version, done using just patience and cape cod. It started by mistake cleaning the button and Getting it perfectly polished that way, so I decide to disassemble and polishing the full unit.

It's more that I know that you have the potential to make something perfect in every sense, that I'm more demanding than I would be with others.

The only thing I use are GG side button mods and box mods/bottom feeders.
I see a gg4s in my future but not to the extent of what you see above. I still believe that ggts is the best looking device on the planet. Using it feels that you are holding much more than a mod. It is a piece of history, a piece of art.
Imeo you made your life harder by designing the ggts because it is hard to surpass it. Yes it is longer and less performant than gg4s or esterigon, but it is the mod of choice for times like Christmas
. You want class and you want art. It can get any better than a ggts.
