If you look closely at the button, you can see that this design (by Imeo of course) has the best of both worlds. You can see the brass internal thread which is where all the conductivity happens, yet, the button itself and outer shank are stainless steel which is much more wear resistant than brass. Imeo used brass for all the parts that needed to conduct and stainless for the wear/aesthetic items. This is a brilliant use of materials.

I had a beautiful block of amboyna that I had a provari and this iatty turned out of...LOVE THEM....I mean...I LOVE LOVE THEM ...Lewis Gentry turned them for me.

Yes Imeo. I got a new piece of Walnut which is lighter in color with red streaks in it.
I liked it so much I decided to use a solid piece of it to re-stock one of my target rifles with it

OK folks, I went through the list and here's the summary so far;

2 - OB - I recommend Walnut and Amboyna - They're coming out really nice and I'm down to a couple pieces of each. You get first pick before I use those up for anyone else.
2 - Blu - Silver Birdseye Maple and Olive Ash Burl - Specific wood used as requested + 1 extra set of caps for original Woodie
1 - Mata - Amboyna - Special shipping to Italy - No worries

So far, we have 11 on order + 1 for me leaves 8 still available!

So far, we've raised $275 for Ramp! that's awesome - I will match that from my profits so the kids will get $450 - God Bless

The progress goes as follows - Rivers and Blu's are glued up. Still need sanding and final top coat plus polish. I'll try to work on them tomorrow but can't promise because the epoxy is very slow cure. If not, next weekend for sure.
Tomorrow i will start glueing all the rest. I'll be out of town all this week so my goal is to have them dry while I'm gone.

No sweat OB. I hope to polish and seal this weekend and start grinding the second batch. Work is nuts recently and weather is cold so basement shop is painful to work in
