Bugg I thought he said that because of the exchange rate had changed

yeah, only because of the exchange rate. but the price before and after the exchange rate difference was supposed to be inclusive of the telescopic battery as far as i know. it looks like what krom did was break it up into the two pieces, charging appropriately for each 44 and 13 euros, but neglecting to state the case as such. but it only seems right for any customer to expect that the GGTB will include the TB when they order it. just getting a GG 17670 (or 2X 16340) device seems counterintuitive.

£43.99 isn't 44 Euro either, there's currently 1.14 Euro to the pound so it's 50 Euro for the tube and ~15 Euro for the TB bit.

If it's sold without the TB bit then it should be called a GG 17670, selling it as a GGTB without the telecope battery bit isn't just counterintuitive, it's (well there's no better term) deceptive, it wouldn't be a big step to call it fraudulent.

Of course we can hope this is a simple error and it will be corrected.

you're absolutely right, tyke...i was going by imeo's earlier post here, but either he meant £ instead of € or the whole thing is even more disjointed than previously thought. sorry for adding to the confusion.

Thanks buddy. The price was 59 dollars a week before, now is 69 dollars because exchance rate changed. 1 euro is 1,4 dollars!! Its a little crazy but I cant do many things about it. But 69 euros is still an exellent price.

I always take care of my people and I have more plans. I am working in 3 projects now, I am really busy to bring the best vaping experiense to all of you. My attention is focused only on GG. I am so passioned with this that I have remiss my insurance work.

Two separate items guys. 49.5 and 14.5 Euros. I can combine them for 64 Euros though :)

Plus deal with international shipping half way round the planet + import duties and VAT if you make the appropriate customs declaration to stay within the law? No thanks.

The point is on a UK website (which is subject to UK advertising law) the product is advertised in a deceptive manner, I've checked there's no mention of the TB bit being sold seperately.

As I said earlier I hope it's a simple mistake.

It's listed on my site but maybe the UK site did not order the telescopes. It's an option with the idea being to keep the GGTB cheap which it is. Some will only use a 17670 battery and be happy without the telescope. Wording and pictures is what's needed and I should have mine and will have some pics here tomorrow:

GG ECIGS AUSTRALIA - GGTB

When I have it I will also improve my product description.

hi imeo,

can you answer a question for me please?

this device is called a GGTB............with "TB" meaning Telescopic Battery. is that correct?

the reason i ask is that i purchased a GGTB from the UK supplier yesterday but have just received an email from him to say that if i want the telescopic section (or false battery as he described) then i have to send him a further £12.99 !!

he said that the telescopic battery is a separately purchased item and not part of the GGTB............but if its not an integral and included part of the GGTB then why is it actually called a GG"TB"??

when i purchased, the website made no mention what so ever that i would have to pay £12.99 extra if i wanted to have the telescopic battery included..........it just said "GGTB - £43.99"

if the website description had said i had to pay extra if i wanted the telescopic battery then fair enough, but im not going to pay out any more money for a part i feel should have been included as standard! lol

after all, how can it be a GG"TB" if that part isnt included as part of the sale? its like buying a 3D TV only to be told the next day that if i want it to be 3D i will have to pay extra!

please let me know your thoughts on this matter :)

cheers

scott

I have said already on forum that the telescopic battery will be sold separate scott. Maybe you missed that. I dont really know if Krom was clear on his site about this but there is not a problem because I will tell him to send you one. But maybe you are right, I have to reconsider about including the telescopic battery to the whole pachage

Guys, I saw what you wrote and I quickly desided to include the telescopic battery on the same price. You know me, dont you?

Ok, as for the items that are already sold I suggest that all people that have purchase the GGTB without the telescopic battery can have it for free from me. Suppliers will send me all the names of the customers and I will make the shippment for free

I want only happy customers and I will do it even if I have to pay money for it!:thumb:

well here is the product description for when i purchased:-

Model: GGTB
Shipping Weight: 0.2kgs

can you please tell me where in the product description it specifies that the GG"TB" does not actually include the "TB" section.........which is the sole reason why the device is called a GG"TB"?

maybe im not reading between the lines and should have realised that the product title and product description obviously does not include the main part

wait..........ive just read between the lines (all 2 of them) and there is 100% DEFINITELY no mention what so ever that the main part which gives the GG"TB" its title is not included as part of the sale!

the fact that the telescopic section is not even listed anywhere on the site as an "optional extra" speaks volumes!

sorry hopefulll, but there is no way whatsoever that this can be justified...........i dont give a damn how cheap you think it is!

if its sold and advertised as a GG"TB" with no mention of the main part missing then customers should expect a full GG"TB" after they paid the advertised price............full stop!

It is like a GG 'Grant' that has been updated to have the capabilities for more battery options (with the separate telescoping battery) than the old 'Grant'. A single 17670 battery or 2-16340 batteries is all I would need so I don't think I would get the adjustable section at first. I guess IMEO could have waited to release the TB part and sold this as the updated 'Grant' then released the TB part. Just my :2c:.
