GGTS 2010 - Center Pin O-Rings

I got a bit carried away taking apart my new GGTS (#615) and removed the center pin O-Rings. Now I can't figure out how to get them both back on!

I watched Vapor King's video for the old GGTS, but the setup isn't quite the same. Should I try to separate the brass/copper base plate from the black plastic post (where the O-Rings go, I think)?

Anyone have any tips?

Just put them on your center pin, and screw the center pin in...then lock nut...

Atleast, thats how I always did it on my ggts v1.... usually 2 little o-rings sit on the pin itself....screw that into the cap....and then locknut....

That's how the VK video shows it, but I think the design has changed. Unless I misplaced a part, there's now only one screw. Center pin goes into a piece with a brass-like base plate and black plastic screw which goes into the bottom part of the collection chamber.

When I removed the O-Rings, they were up inside the black screw.

Please follow those directions:

unscrew the brass polygonal from the plastic, as you said already

put pin inside the polygonal nut. The heads of them are get in touch

Put the o-rings through the pin until they reach the polygonal nut

Screw the polygonal nut into the plastic (push a little the polygonal nut inside the plastic so o-rings will go inside and then start screwing)

Screw the whole thing inside connector only by hand and tight it

Done

This makes perfect sense. I'm having some trouble getting the black plastic screw separated from the polygonal screw, but I understand now. I'm glad I bought spare O-Rings with my new GGTS!

yes, that was a good move Wy my friend. But I have to say to all GG people that there is no reason to unscrew the connector and take out o-rings.
