Right, I know there are more coming soon. Ive been following this thread for a very long time. I missed the April shipment and I've been trying to get my hands on one of these since the beginning of March. I refresh the Vaporkings page twice a day waiting to see that they are available.

Now I see people recommending changes that modify the appearance of the unit but nothing about usability.

And the part that is bugging me is I see people that are going to order 2-4 of them in one order while some of us haven't even been able to get one!!

I'm about to give up on trying to get one of these. I mean, I really like everything I've seen for the most part, I just can't buy one!

So first, changes regarding appearance of the unit... can we just let Imeo produce these in one standard design and simply get them into people's hands? I mean, as far as I can tell, only a few thousand (if even that much) of these have been sold in the states and people are already requesting different colors...

Secondly, I think until the demand on these dies down, a limit of one per customer per week might be a good idea. I mean, seriously, Im reading people want to buy additional units just so they have a backup while other people such as myself would just like to get our hands on one for a main unit!! I mean, isn't it a shame to have one of these sitting on the shelf as a backup, not being used?? Besides, maybe I misunderstood one of the major advantages of the GGTS - everything is replaceable, so if something goes wrong, you don't need an entire separate unit, just order the parts you need.

I think it is fantastic that people have these and would like changes to the appearance. But I think there is an even larger group of people that would just like to buy one. Im thrilled they are going to be available in all silver. I probably would prefer one in all black just because Im .... about finger prints. But I think getting (and keeping) them in stock should take precedence over being able to buy them in different colors.

I don't think Imeo is greedy. I get the vibe that he would prefer more people have one unit (so if he has sold 2000 of them, 2000 different people would have one) as opposed to 500 people having 4 units a piece where 3 units per person were just sitting on a shelf not being used.

Little weirdo do not give up trying to buy a ggts it is more than worth it. I have been waiting for these to go on sale again so I can buy one for my sister. I think they should have a pre order for GGTS that way you would get it as soon as it comes out, maybe you should try talking rob from VKs into allowing pre orders.

Very legitimate concerns. I know that Imeo is trying hard to address them. This is unfortunately the eternal problem with successful hand made piece of arts.

Try for example to buy a new Ferrari from the factory...Months on the waiting list, that, if one is admitted at the first place.

Also the GG has been going on on a major re-design and (re) evolution cycle lately. Which naturally disrupted the status of the stocks.

But I think that we might have some stability and regular stock availability in the coming days.

Maybe on Monday I will ship to my sellers, that is in 1 week from now my new friend little. And dont worry at all about availability because I made so many of them that all my friends can have one for sure.
As for the design, it is nice that I hear all your recomendations about the length, the shape and the usability. Thats why GG is the best of all.

ps2...... I also want the same as you friend. More people must have the GG, thats why I made so many this time and a little cheaper too. I am also making a cheaper GG for all people that cant affort the GGTS

I believe Rob ONLY sells one (1) per order/ or per person. I think that is how he has it listed.
This way, everyone that goes to his site can buy one.
I was lucky to get one and have been trying for a bit..
Also, look in the classifieds, they are selling in there too.

Also bear in mind that as his suppliers, we can only afford to purchase a certain number of units each time we buy from Imeo so this unfortunately creates its own limits for our customers too.

A limit of one per customer does often make sense and both Rob and I have used this on limited items in the past and would not hesitate to do so again in the future if it meant that more people would get to own one.

Understand what you're saying, but Imeo's a perfectionist, and-like the Gallos-will ship no mod before it's time. Other modders have taken preorders and ended up in a storm of controversy due to component or manufacturing delays (cough) (carlos) (cough).

And on rare occasions, a ggts will sometimes come up on the ecf classifieds section for a modest discount. If you can snatch one of these puppies up for a good price, you might as well do so. Get some hands on with the ggts to learn it/live it/love it before the ggts-afs comes out; they will work on the 'old' units just as well as the new ones.

Or, sign up for email notification and keep an eye on your respective supplier's site. I've experienced two batches of the GGTS being sold so far, and it's taken at least a couple of days for the units to sell out.

If you go to classifieds you might have some luck there.There are others trying to buy them right now as well..I put a (WTB) ad up and in 3 days i had my GGTS headed to my door..It was used but most GG owners take care of there GG considering the cost and of course it just looks so darn good with a good cleaning and polish...

I dont think theres even 1,000 in the states is there? I think he's only made around 450 GGTS worldwide(and a few prototype's of course)dont quote me on that I think thats what hes up to(key word in that senstance is "THINK").you must understand hand crafted perfection takes time defiantly when a guy with OCD is building them..No offense Imeo its a compliment..lol

Not blaming any of the short supply on Imeo, Im asking that we stop requesting features, especially those that dont improve functionality.

Truth be told, I have a 'feature' based on the design that I have seen (sadly I dont yet have one) that would allow the user to position the button in different places on the ecig (I tend to like the button towards the top but perhaps a person might prefer the button in the center of the battery housing). I could explain the design but Imeo is probably capable of figuring out how to do this if he wanted. However, I have not recommended it yet because more delays equals me not having one!

I would like a unit (insert bad joke here) with no designs at all. Just pure silver without any engraving, no number. If I were to recommend anything, this would be it. Make a special batch that has the engraving and special numbers and make a larger group without this. It would likely take alot less time to make the units if they had no engraving and the people who want the 'elite' unit (insert second bad joke here) can get the engraved stuff. I wouldn't mind it in black as well (there is a saying I wont bother repeating but shouldnt be hard to figure out that would go here). I really like black, especially non-glossy black. No fingerprints means I dont have to wipe it off every 5 minutes.

These are all things that can come in the future once there are more than 1000 of these things out there and when they are in stock on a regular basis. I understand running out of stock for a week or so but I've been waiting since March.

This is very similar to Apple or HTC. How many people wanted to give Apple monies for the Iphone 4, Ipad or the HTC Evo but could not because they just were out of stock? Thankfully, Apple has remedied their situation, hopefully HTC will soon on the Evo. Yes, I understand the difference between a multimillion dollar corporation and Imeo's situation.

Oh, and I don't want a used GGTS, I want the all silver one with silver ends.

Im currently using a Silver Bullet (SB for short). I love this device but I have no idea how it will work with the AFS. While I understand it is 'compatible', I have been unable to find any video, pictures, or reviews of the AFS v2 with the SB. I have also heard leaking problems with the v2 AFS which concerns me as I drive for a living. I spend 12 hours a day on the road and the last thing I need is my ecig leaking. However, the first thing I need is the ability to vape without dripping (try shifting an 18 speed 18 wheeler in traffic while trying to drip - it's insane). Carts don't work for me, cartomizers are messy and will not last me 12 hours without having to refill.

The new design for the AFS which as I understand it has been specifically designed for the GGTS doesn't leak, even if I have to put the thing down for a few minutes (thanks to the 24 minute video you put up Imeo, I watched the entire thing lol). This appeals to me.

I do have a few questions about the new design but if it will slow down production, dont answer.

1. Will the magnetized switch and fuse protection be included in the new GGTS?
2. When will they be available?
3. Can it deep fry a potato for a quick snack?
4. Pricing? I did hear cheaper...am I looking at over or under $300 in the US (for the unit, mag switch, fuse protection, AFS, Metallic mouthpiece). I don't really need the fuse protection, what could really go wrong but if I can get the whole package for $300 (even if you have to take out the fuse protection to get it to that price), that would be really neatos.

I had made a prototype that had the ability to move button in 4 places Little my friend but I didnt prodused it because it was a little expensive.

What you ask about a simple silver GG is already in my plans. Its the GG that I will produce soon after the release of the GGTS AVS and it will be available in regular basis as you said.

If you have concerns about small leaking with the AFSV2 then put only cartos in it and you will not see leakage at all.

New GGTS AVS doesnt leak (AFSV2 doesnt leak too for the advanced users) but I will make one more detailed video to show you the right use of it

1) magnets and fuse arent standard because many people cant use them. For example, the fuse has to be cleaned sometimes and many people dont understand this, they want an always working GG so I will have complains about a non working GG. Magnets are cheap so you can buy them together with GGTS because I will drop its price.

2) They will be available in about 1 week.

3) Of course it can do that. I will show you in a video

4) You need the fuse because batteries can explode and springs can be burned from a simple cirquit because of a bad atomizer. Its so easy to happen.

5) Price will be dropped a little. But keep in mind that I have a surprise for all of the new customers like you.

Ok, just to clarify, for some reason, you have to create an account on the Vaporkings website to get the email notification link to appear...and the website doesn't pull your email from the account you are logged in with automatically which requires even after being logged in to re-enter the email you want to be notified with. Weirdos.

Im going off to a corner to cry until I can order one, then I'll cry some more while I wait for it to get to me.

Don't worry weirdo, I'm right there with you. I've been wanting a GG since before the GGTS was around. I was first obsessed with the GGT (Transformer), and when I finally went to purchase, it vanished! Only to be replaced by this strange new device, the GGTS. Well, after a couple weeks of grief, I came around and began to like the look/idea of the GGTS. Saved up some money and went to order, but.. sold out! Arrrrggg! I finally bought a GG Slim to hold me over until more GGTS' we in stock. Beautiful little device btw. The GGTS finally comes back, I get my funds together and... once again.. sold out. So believe me, I know what your going through, and it hurts. But you know what I think? I think when you have to wait for something this long, and obsess over it this much, when you finally get it you appreciate it for all it's worth. We will love our TS' like no one else.

Plus, look on the bright side. We are going to be getting the newest models made. Imeo only makes things better with time. I think I actually would've been upset if I got my GGTS only to see a couple of months later a re-done model. Also, the price has dropped. You can get all silver like you want. And, Imeo said there is a surprise for newcomers like us. Very excited to see what that means! All in all I think it's going to work out in our favor man, I do. Hang in there, I know it isn't easy. I'm actually going through this on two fronts. I'm still awaiting the release of the iPhone 4 (white). It's been driving me up the wall. And my girlfriend has a black i4, so I get to watch her play with it all day long. I don't know if I've ever been this envious.

I have to kindly disagree with you on the engraving issue. I love the engraving and think it adds a level of character and class to the PV that no other line currently has. I know no engraving=faster production, but I just love it. You could always buff it out I guess.

My only question now is: When you say they will be available in a week, Imeo. Do you mean that you will be shipping them to Vapor Kings in a week? Or will they be on Vapor Kings ready to order in a week? Thanks for any help =)
