Anyone find the CCTS is a bit too tight in the tube for the batts? It's kinda scrapey.

I pulled the trigger and ordered one last night. Does anyone know if the efest hybrid 18650s will fit the tube? They are about .4mm bigger in diameter than your standard 18650. Efest IMR 18650 Hybrid 3.7v 2250mah
Edit: i found my own answer, these batts are a little slimmer than the ones karn reported using on page 2 so they should fit.

Just had a chance to play with my 2 new ChiChi's from Karn's CoOp Round 2, this afternoon. First of all, thank you Karn for running a great service for all the ECF participants.
I ordered two chrome models. They were so affordable, I wanted a back-up for parts, and it helped distribute the shipping cost. One thing I didn't realize. The supplied top connector that attaches to the 510 head is the same piece that is offered as a kick extension tube! Now I have all my spare parts, and I can run a 650 kicked and have everything needed to assemble a 350 w or w/o a kick, or as a non-kicked 500. This is Sweet!
Set up as a 650 kicked, it is still a cm shorter than my lavatube, but it weighs noticeably more.

Switched the buttons today wasn't too hard. Removed the bottom cap held the stud in place with a pair of pliers, screwed the button cap off and screwed the button housing off.
You can get the half chrome half gold at Hoosier Vapes but they are currently out of stock. I have not seen a gold one available anywhere. The co-op just has brass.

Just got mine in today! Didn't realize it won't accept just an 18350 without a kick. Should have read more I guess, but I don't mind the 18500 form factor + battery life. However, the button is starting to get very hot when fired. Not sure what's going on there. Might have to disassemble and find out.

You can fit a 350 without a kick, just take off the top tube. Like this:
The hot button comes from either the button making poor contact or more likely a short in your atomizer.
