Nice video Bish. Toothpaste is an excellent brass cleaner/polisher...MUCH cleaner process than using polish. I've been experimenting with different types and surprisingly a gel seems to work better than a paste (at least for the brands I have). I'm sorry if I missed it in the video, but cleaning all the tubes threads and 510 thread on the TS as well as the atomizer in this manner will give you even less voltage drop. Even the threads where the button switch screws to the TS get dirty. Q-tips work great for the tight areas you can't reach with a toothbrush. :)

I havent tried toothpaste on brass but if it works then we have a winner here because we dont put chemicals like brass cleaners on GGTS brass parts. Also it keeps contacts shiny.

That was a really great video Bish. I also didnt know that boiling cleans brass parts. I think that you just gave us new solutions for an even better vaping. Thanks a lot for trying to show to all of us how we can get the most of GG devices!!!:thumb:

Just a heads up guys I use a sonic cleaner to clean all my ggts parts with exception to small o’ring. As for the Brass switch and 510 pin as shown in video i clean that by hand with toothpaste and toothpaste brush under hot water. As for the electro grease I didn't use any because wanted to show how well it will perform as is after a wash. I get many pms about how they can improve or get more performance. Most of the folks I speak to haven't cleaned there ggts contacts or there tubes. This shocks me, not because they didn't clean it but they were just afraid to ruin something that is priceless. So that's why I did this video to show that GGTS is very, very, extremely well crafted and its very durable and its extremely safe to do what I did. If it wasn't Imeo would be the first to say something about it. Running Stainless steel or brass in hot water and using a compound paste as simple as a toothpaste will make it look like gold. As simple as scrubbing the switch, tightening the switch to the telescope, and scrubbing the 510 pin improves connectivity.

As for me, I enjoy cleaning my GGTS at least twice or three times a month. The enjoyment I get to vape off of .3 ohms .6ohms with more volts is always an added bonus. As well as anyone that is vaping from sub omhs to high resistance. The benefits are extremely rewarding.

Keep in mind guys this was to help other folks to improve connectivity a simple and affordable way to do it. Maintenance is always required on any mechanical mod.

Didn't get a chance to last night, but it's the first thing I'm doing when I get home from work today :)

P.S. do you clean your springs or just pop some new ones in there?

Yes I scrub it with toothbrush and toothpaste and paper towel dry all the parts after its been rinsed in hot water. I scrub it good so it comes out very very shiny like gold pieces.

Awesome Bish!

But none of the brass parts are in stock at COV right now. :( And I wish Bruce would just offer up the entire brass switch assembly instead of having to buy it piece by piece. ;)

Yeti you can clean your stainless steel version switch and pin. Same way I show It will improve your volts bro.

Bishop, can I scrum the bodies with toothpaste or does the toothbrush crash them?

Yes scrub the whole body everything of that switch from inside and out. remove it all like I show in video its in pieces because thats how I scrubbed it with my toothbrush.
