Yeah. I know that in bigger parts as telescope is the conductivity flow same in SS and aluminium. Weak points are small contacts and springs which Titan don't have.
Currently I have brass spring in button and that battery spring is removed so contact is directly to brass negative post. Don't know If previous spring which was in button is brass too because it was little dark so maybe it's steel?

its impossible for titan or any other mod to not have small contacts hum my friend. The small contacts on all mods including GGTS are:

button
center pin where the positive pole of battery rests
The other side of center pin where the atomizer is connected

Titan doesnt have a spring? How the button works? And if it doesnt have a spring to melt in case of a short, how are you protected from a battery explotion?

I cant say what spring you have on your GGTS because I have to see and touch it. So better buy a new one from e-smokeguru, they are very cheap. You can buy it on your next purchase together with another item to save shipping costs

That center pin between battery and atomizer is cooper and movable, similar as in GGTS.
Of course it have spring in button, but it's 5x times larger in diameter and thicker. Maybe this is that difference.
I found some brass spring which I have home and as I said in first post replaced it in button and there is only small difference so maybe the original spring is brass too just little bit darker.

I already did this as I wrote earlier but results are same :\

But now I found that maybe that drop is not that high as I first measured. I borrowed multimeter from my colleague at work and difference between that two mods is 0.2V now which is acceptable. Now from freshly charged battery multimeter shows 4.1V and under load it's 3.7V. It looks like my china quality crap multimeter is not as good :D

Anyway I am waiting for that Bishops video which hopefully solve my last 0.2V :headbang:

white gasoline is sold on supermarkets houm. Its the best on removing dirt. And mesh is good for contacts because it doesnt make them wild. It keeps them shiny
You mean vaseline, don't you? :p
I'll try to buy it on a way from work..

Guys, I solved the issue with all your tips you gave me
One of the problem was spring in button which is definitely not brass as it's react to magnet.. so I changed with brass one I found in my supplies :)
Second one is probably dirt at all contact points. I used Zippo gas to clean threads in all parts and take mesh and gently rub all brass contacts. Now it's shine more than sun :D

After all that have 3.78V drop compared to Titan which have 3.8V drop on 4V battery. All tested on 0.6ohm coil..

Thanks again for everyone help..
