I built this Giantomizer Genisis. The only other parts needed are some wire and shink and a piece of 5ml hypo tube and of course the wire mesh and resistance wire. With a little effore you can push the guts out of the giantomizer from the 510 connector rework them and push them back in. I used a wood dowel on the 510 connector end and tapped the guts out. Getting it back in I had to use another giantomizer tube to tap things back in all the way to the bottom. I havent tried it yet because Im not sure the best size diameter for the wire mesh roll and also how big to make the air holes in the hypo tube. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Interesting, I'll be curious to see how this turns out. I looks like you have the basic setup ready.

Most of us start w/ a rectangular piece of mesh anywhere from 14-20mm wide. When rolled it usually fits into a 2mm hole but I don't know your cap's hole diameter.

As for the air hole, it's usually drilled on the mouthpiece cap, about 1mm and toward the bottom.

alex very nice. when you soldered the 2 wires did you seal the positive hole so fluid doesnt come thru? what kind of wire is that looks thick. I know its silver wire but where you get it and what guage. my silver wire is to thin and its very flimsy and eventually it will break off. yeh man looking good can i see some pics of the top piece.

The wire I'm using is 18ga from Results for .999 Fine Silver and I did cut off and plug the tube...the wire may be a bit large and I think maby next go I'll try 20ga or 22ga..I'll have to order some thou. I dont have any leaks but I would recommend that when you solder to the 510 connector that you remove the small o-ring first so you dont melt or distort it. The top piece is just a 3/4" piece of 5ml syringe that I cut and put a small hole in for air flow to compensate for plugging the tube.
