I miss the days of simple ol Socom on playstaion lol. Right when I started to get good all kinds of other games hit the market.
Checking in as another chick gamer/vapor. Work has been keeping me too busy to play much but I'm on steam, xbox, and ps3 as faeriekari. Game that I play the most lately..Halo Reach.
Hail, adventurers! Another girl gamer/vaper here! I don't have any consoles other than Wii, but I am an avid MMORPGer, as you can probably tell from my avatar. I currently play WoW (well, actually right now I'm playing in the Cataclysm Beta) and also LOTRO, as well as DDO.
I'm also an old school pen and paper RPG'er. I'm still torn on whether or not 4th Edition D&D is worth it.

Jumping into this as well. Currently have a PS2 and Wii-- haven't figured out how to connect with the Wii yet. My biggest game that takes up my extra time is WoW.
Lucky you Mossi. Wish I could play in Beta on that-- but guess I'm going to have to wait until Cataclysm comes out next month.
me too, I'm worse then a kid when it comes to gaming, I have a ps3, xbox360, and a wii though I mostly stick to the PS3 and pc gaming only buying games on the 360 when a game is only available on it (gears of war, alan wake) right now I'm playing fallout new vagas and cod black ops.

WOW Woman here as well! I have toons on ally and horde side, but I do play mostly ally b/c I have 3 80's on that side. I have toons on elune and hydraxis. Going on four years now! Can't wait for Cata!

I like free games as well, not because I can't buy them, but the idea is great. Not so into MMORPGs anymore, they're overly time consuming for me. I play:

Hey I do miss my PS1... and being able to play those games *grrr evil eyes at you PS3!*
PS3s can play PS1 games, just not PS2 games. They could play PS2 games at launch, but then some genius at Sony realized they could probably sell people the same games a 2nd time if they took that away and made you buy the games from the Playstation Store.
So go ahead and fire up FF7, it will work.
