PS3s can play PS1 games, just not PS2 games. They could play PS2 games at launch, but then some genius at Sony realized they could probably sell people the same games a 2nd time if they took that away and made you buy the games from the Playstation Store. .

Which is why I will never give up my fat PS3

Yeah I had a launch one. The one I have now... won't play anything but ps3 :( At least I still have my ps2

Luckily I have both editions. The new ones were cheaper to add a second one for multi-player games.

I have no issue with gamer girls but I will boot you off any friends list for dance games or anything barbie related.

I also (used to) play alot of free MMO's - PWI, Jade (from pwi), Rappelz, MU and a couple of others. I just hate that I can't save and alot of them kill you for inactivity.

I've played and enjoyed Viva Pinata and Ratatouille :D I used to LOVE to play Dance Dance Revolution, so much in fact that a buddy and I built a custom, wooden/metal box/pad for it

We do admittedly have a Go Diego Go game for our Wii, but that is for my 6 year old.

We've got that game! And the Dora one too ;) My son loves 'em.

I am a bit strict with the list....I once booted someone for playing a spice girls game (why does it even exist?) and do not hesitate when I see someone playing Disney's Pretty Pretty Princess, otherwise known as spoiled, spoiled *****!

 What about, Me and My Horse 2?

I'm lucky both my kiddos are boys, and princesses don't really excite them. And I am definitely not coordinated enough to be able to Dance Dance anything.

lol, My son is a boy ;) He likes Dora. He is just 4 years old as well, but, even if he were 10 and liked Dora, that's cool with me!

Dance Dance Revolution was a GREAT game. It was never about the cheesy techno crap of music, it was about the eye/body coordination and I was damn good at it. Plus, it was a fantastic way to keep the pounds off! :)

In Tokyo in the Akihabara District (Akiba) there is a place called yodabashi's (sp?). It is like 9 wallmarts stacked on top of eachother and ALL ELECTRONICS. They even had half a floor of high end tube based sound systems.

Outside there is corded off areas for people to hang out with portable's (most prevalent was the DS and My DSI XL was a center of attention having been released in the US that week, purchased it for the trip). There was a warning sign that said a Me and My Horse crack would delete your save and possibly remove other things from your DSI if it was put into a certain mode using a p2p exploit. I cracked up so hard thinking that someone hated the game enough to find a way to destroy their little sisters save. I think I have a pic of that sign somewhere...
