The whole thing with the FDA making the vape industry jump through hoops just to keep running is BS, it's all about money! The government doesn't seem to care whether people live longer and quit smoking or using smokeless tobacco with the help of vaping. I honestly think they were happy with the status quo before vaping came along and threatened to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs. I hope something happens that can put an end to these ridiculous and unnecessary regulations!

My "opinion" on the USFDA "rulez".....

I feel that too many money-grubbing politicians have gotten their pockets lined by money-grubbing industrialists in Big Tobacco, Big Pharma, and Big Gubbermint.

I have SUCCESSFULLY quit smoking by vaping - almost 30 months WITHOUT a cigarette, and without a CRAVING for a cigarette. I don't mind the age restrictions, but I really do mind these , lazy "people" who think they "know what's best" for me are making about how I should live my life. To thwart technological advancement that has been embraced by the Vaping industry is asinine. This is like asking, no this is like FORCING, cell phone users to go back to using a BAG PHONE!!!!!

I'm too angry to continue. I VAPE AND I VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I shake my head in disbelief that these regulations will close down the valuable options for vapers. Vaping extended my life and I am amazed that a product or industry that is achieving smoking quit rates in the way it had, is being regulated out of existence.

The regulations? It's so transparent that this is just a huge, unprecedented power grab by the powers that be to shut down a very real threat to two of their major cash cows: the tobacco industry and the pharmaceutical industry. The vape industry has grown and flourished on its own, while also doing a very good job at self regulating and promoting safety, mainly through forums like this. One of our current administration's famous (infamous?) sayings is "You didn't build that". Well, the government didn't build this either, but they sure are blatantly stealing it!

Much of what the FDA has done with these regulations is illegal. Hoping that the legal challenges they're facing will prevail. It's sad that many won't be able to take advantage of the benefits of vaping if not.

I love the iJoy Plus RDTA, it's a great tank. I really like the layout page for each product, plenty of HQ pictures, full descriptions and specs. One suggestion I would make, make navigation easier for the atomizers. It would be much easier to have sub-categories for Clearomizers, Sub-Ohm tanks, RDA and RTA.

I think the FDA is overstepping their bounds by saying that they have the right to regulate the devices and 0 nic juices. And I truly believe that the only reason they are attempting to do so is because big tobacco wants them to.
