I think the FDA has willfully refused to acknowledge the science that exists, and has violated their congressional mandate by passing regulations based on the principle of "we don't know" rather than on science.

Oh dear, I'm not feeling political today; in fact, I make it a point to avoid it entirely. But if you must insist - The FDA's policies are a serious overreach, and a breach against our rights. Not only are they blatantly biased, but they wish to control what we can say and do. These new regulations are horrible and need to be overturned as quickly as possible by congress. The FDA is definitely overreaching their authority on this one.
