Glad I just started smoking!!!

I just started smoking again! Well, smoking BBQ meats...

Was all set to buy a few new PVs, but decided to spend that money on smoking - smoking pellets, that is. Anyone else BBQ with wood pellets? I've had it for a few days, and the ease of use and flavor are amazing!

I bought the smallest/cheapest grill Traeger makes ($299 at Costco). Did some Smoked Sirloin and chicken this weekend. Wood smoking is now the only way I'll fly! So yeah, I'm still smoking... LOL

Just added this, along with a better thermostat/controller, to the Traeger. Now, I really am smoking. I've been eating BBQ for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Briskets & roasts have never been easier.

Seriously, I enjoy grilling, but my cholesterol level dropped from 250 to 160 when I stopped grilling steak every Friday night. Somehow, grilling chicken and ribs isn't as much fun as a good rib eye steak.

I like your Iphone interface. If they had an Android option, I might have to look at one.

Supposedly, an android app is coming soon... actually, it's overdue.

I don't have any cholesterol problems, because I don't get it tested... LOL
