If IKV was still making the Mini 801, the first edition, that couldn't be used with most DTs, because the bridge was too close to the top, one would appreciate the short base on the Pyrex. I'm still using some of the original 801 Minis so the 801 Pyrex works great with it. The only other way I could use a DTs with them was using the SuperT 801 to 510 SS tube converter that has a short base.
I haven't had any issues with the Pyrex coming off. Having some different thickness o-rings helps. I have to replace o-rings on some of the Pawns, with Resurectors for better fit, too.
