I will live in the dark ages with my old cell phone till it falls apart. I rarely use it anyways.
For home phone it's MagicJack, had MJ for about 5 yrs now and am glad we got it and dropped the landline.
saved so much $$ on a ph bill.

Not only them but the cell phone companies. I refuse to get one of those smart phones.

Tales of yet another breach of privacy from a vendor...

I started an account with a vendor today for my first order. It was just for one tiny part, but I couldn't find it anywhere else. After placing the order, I checked on the order status. I can't explain why I did that, but this is where it got weird. "My" account had placed an order in April, but I didn't have an account until this morning. I click on this other order... and I see the order, the full name of who placed it, their address, email, phone number, and birthday. I emailed the vendor to inform them of this, with enough detail to prove what I said. They emailed me back with an apology. Apology??? How about a "thank you"? What the...

BTW, this is a long time ECF registered vendor that sells the most expensive stuff you can vape with. You'd think their website's database would work better than that, and any customer pointing out a major flaw would deserve a thank you. I am nonplussed.
