GOOD VIBES
ARE - Being sent to all of those not feeling well and need a pick me up right now ! ! ! !
NOW . . .
@ "Doc" - I've suffered with "Bronchitis" at least twice a year for "YEARS" and what I learned to do, especially until I got some anti-biotics in "Me" and even after - was the following:
1) FLUIDS - and planty of them even if you have to getup every 10 minutes to
2) Eat - Even if not hungry - anything light and filling - Soups, Crackers, Proteins mainly . . . Jello, Fruit,
juice too, etc . . . AND - Absolutely NO DAIRY AT ALL . . .
3) SLEEP - With as many pillows under your lower back creating a wedge and try to sleep in an incline position as best "You" can, especially so the flem does not settle in lungs or cut off your airways . . .AND - If you can, have a fan going to keep as much air flowing in the room as possible . . .
BTW: this also helps with "Sleep Apnea" . . .
4) Halls or CVS - Sugar Free Honey Mentholiptist Cough Drops - Enough Said . . .
Hope this information helps and provides "You" some releif . . .
