2- Having my dress up day today, every Friday here is our dress uniform day 
. Hate wearing these things, at least it is just the lowest level and not the full up dress uniform. Hate all the questions I get on it, even with regular Army folks since I have some very uncommon devices and awards.

I think I have to go out today......I need some groceries for the weekend....The best thing about Feb. it that it's a short month....and the shopping seems lighter....

Well now that it's Friday...I think I deserve a party this weekend....just cuz....So while I am out I might just have to stop in the new B&M and see what they have to drool over..
I think I need some new heads for this..unless I can rebuild it...I haven't looked yet...but I wish I could change the tip...The metal is causing my lips to dry out....

Well, I'm feeling guilty. I was supposed to go a meeting of my department faculty this afternoon, and I decided to stay home. In the 13 years that I've been teaching in this department, I can count the number of meetings that I have missed on one hand. . . and still have fingers left over. About 20 minutes after the meeting was supposed to start, I got a text from a friend/colleague telling me that they were one person short of a quorum and that they were waiting for one more person to show up so that they could start! Fortunately, someone showed up a few minutes later, but I still feel guilty.
I'm sure I'll get over it quickly, but I'll think twice before skipping another meeting!

my next two days:
work 9-6,
get ready, pick up sister
12th planet (big dubstep and drum & bass dj) at Rialto till 2am
take sis home, go after party a little at my friends
get home around 3 or 4am
sleep till........ 6 am
at 7am, we are heading to the Ren Fair.
fortunately i do not have to drive (3+hours!) we are going with another couple and their baby. ill rest en route
ren fair all day chasing two 1-year-olds
back to Tucson by 5pm
rush to east side of town (45min drive) to pick up a pair of CDJs (cd turntables) and a Mixer.
SUPER RUSH downtown to Mr. Heads, where i have to set up a show, my 1st time working at this venue
Mischief Madness, the show i am doing at Mr. Heads is of a strange breed. a hybrid of alternating EDM djs and rock bands. might be cool, might be annoying. it is a good opportunity to network and market to a rock crowd that would not attend an EDM show
last call at 2am, clean up / tear down.
