I'm sorry to say this , probably isn't my place but here I go.
Is this really a entry? I don't always have the most substance but at least I type something with words in it!

4- Uno mas pentagonos por sky.
sí muy bien!
I somehow managed to knot EVERY single muscle in my left leg, making walking IMPOSSIBLE!! On a scale of 1 to 10, this is a 13... literally the highest level of pain I've ever experienced!!
I'm going to make all the posts after Midnight a second contest...same rules ...same prizes. I will close the first part of the contest as soon as I can get back to the computer!
Thanks, Tree Peeps!!!!
OUCH!!!!
Is it possible that you're having leg cramps? I get them sometimes--and, yes, the pain is excruciating! Every time it happens I seriously consider calling 911. When it happens to me, I can literally feel the muscles seize up into balls.
Two things work for me--drink some tonic water immediately. The quinine in tonic water has a pretty quick effect to reduce the muscle spasms. The other thing is take some potassium. When I'm having this problem, I often take up to 1000 mg.
Sorry to hear you're in pain! I hope you feel better soon.

This does help DH when he cramps like that.
1- Well at my next to the last day at the Pentagon, reporting to the WTU on TuesdayLife will be much easier then.
3: I don't think Red Horn is even reading other people's posts. Seems kinda trollish to me, certainly no substance.
#3. Well, I have to admit I don't read every post, though I do try to keep up. I've yet to be called a troll, though I've always wanted purple colored hair.
SO DITTO ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ As I have mentioned before has always helped "Me", especially when I drank at least a glass of "Tonic Water w/ Quinine" a day when they were bad . . . Matter of fact, I actually have "Quinine" pills (Qualaquin - that I am hording for those absolute must take days) - which can help in decreasing frequency of leg cramps - However, they are no longer recommended ( Quinine for night-time leg cramps no longer recommended ), especially for anyone who has heart problems/disease and/or diabetes . . . SO even with that said . . . Now - Every bone in "Your" body will say - NO ! ! ! . . . However, as I was once told and even though I did not believe them - I found it does work, at the first sign of/experiencing any Leg Cramps - Immediatly stand up and get on "Your" Feet (and flex them as best you can) . . .Without a doubt - "YOU" Will Scream, but it works and the pain is not as bad as what "You" are feeling at the moment and more importantly, does not last long as the Leg Cramps just as immediately start to subside . . . Just Sayin' . . .![]()
BTW: There are 2 other supplements I have been told that "You" can take to help "ward-off" the onset of Leg Cramps too . . . 1) MAGNESIUM, and there is an OTC Product 2) "Hyland's Leg Cramp" which you can find in many drugs store and on the Internet . . .
I'm terribly sorry. I hope it goes away soon. The pain, not your leg.I somehow managed to knot EVERY single muscle in my left leg, making walking IMPOSSIBLE!! On a scale of 1 to 10, this is a 13... literally the highest level of pain I've ever experienced!!

Interesting, Uncle. I didn't know about the quinine warnings. All I know is that it's worked for me.
You're also right about the flexing. Another thing I've done, which is related, is lie flat on my back with my legs pressed against the wall (legs slightly elevated) alternatively flexing and pointing my toes.
Magnesium is also good--sometimes you can find it in a supplement WITH potassium.
