LD, how in the world could both of your vamo's go at the same time? Good god could it have been the RSST?

its possible, but unlikely. however..... it did begin with the rsst....
i used the vamo nonstop. i have to find another one, cheap, to hold me over while i hopefully get these repaired. i imagine its something simple about the 510 connection plate. Perhaps Snarf would be able to assist me

As far as I know I have, that is if "You" do keep "Your" Profiles up to date . . .

I think that pic--if it's the one I'm thinking of (me sitting in front of a bookcase)--is a few years old. I may have slightly less hair now. . . and I didn't have much then!

#4 Hey LD, Guess what? My Vamo wont fire and I get a Low Volt error. What ohms are you building on the RSST? I did a 1.2 coil just now on my AGI and it will not fire on my vamo but it works just fine on my REO I know that the Provari will not fire a coil at anything under 1.3 I am thinking the Vamo is the same way? Make a coil that is like 2.0 or there about's since you cant really test it and see if the vamo fires

The Vamo's cut off is 1.2. If I am building for the vamo, I build at 1.5 just to be sure it will fire.

Also, you guys should try gently prying up the center plate in the Vamo's connection if it's throwing the 0.0 or 9.9. So this with the batteries removed.

If that doesn't work... You may need to replace the insulator... And that's where Schnarph comes in to play!

#5 Thanks Boardo Meh, I got it at the vendor we all love to hate LOL no big loss I bet it will fire if I toss a 2.0 atty on it. I also have to use a battery that has a little magnet on top if it is a flat top batt. I will probably look to get a better VV mod soon anyway. It's good to have one at least. Don't want to use my provari as I put her away for someone.

Dinner is in the oven. . . yeah, I will eat before midnight for a change.

I've got to get up. . . and be functional. . . earlier than usual tomorrow. Olivia Neutron Bomb is due for her annual check-up, shots, and dental cleaning, and she needs to be there before 9:00 a.m. (which is insanely early in my world). Fortunately, the vet clinic is just a few blocks away.

While Olivia's at the vet, I am going to spend part of the day with the RSST and then the Kayfun. I had planned on doing it earlier this week, but my week turned to .... (betting that word gets censored by the ECF bot. . . just sayin').
