As a server making ~$2/hour, my tips were taxed. That was over 20 years ago. You had to declare a minimum of 8% tips, often credit cards tips would take you over that limit. This is why you should tip your server in cash if possible.

#3 I also didn't say anything about buying parts to make mods. These loopholes were planned in advance, like any good New Year's resolution.

I came up with a good vape related New Year's resolution: No more mod purchases until I make at least 2 myself. Actually I can't think of why I would ever need or want to buy another one. I have half the parts, I'm just waiting for some battery holders and top cap/510 connectors to show up.
