Will these utilize the same headcap (5v) or would I have to purchase an entirely new unit? I just ordered a reg. Sized tube, but if it takes the same head cap, I'd like to change my order to an XL even if I have to wait longer.

Would the XL be a true 3.7? I have found my sweet spot with 1.5 ohm dual coil clear mega cartos at 3.7v. I have a Riva that is slightly under 3.7 and it's not the same. The 1100 mah battery on the Riva lasts two full days, but doesn't perform as well as a single 14500 in a box mod that lasts half a day. I'm looking for that magic combination that hits at a true 3.7 and last a bit longer than a 14500. If this is the puppy, I am real interested!!

For me it must not be a full vv in the first approach,
but a "fixed regulated instead of resistored" option might be a space-saving first step in the vv-direction...
