I wanted to respond to a post on another page about the GLV being 5v, but i cant so maybe someone will link this post. If your pv don't read 5v.. ish with an atomizer connected it is not a true 5v pv. The GLV does come as close to that as you can get...with in 1/4 volt. I am not putting any other PV on the spot or calling anyone out. I am just showing what the GLV 5v does as far as voltage goes. I know that voltage is higher on a full charge and goes down after you use it, but it will keep you very close to 5v for a long time with 16340 3.6v batteries as most of you already know.
