I found the wilton brand glycerin at Micheals craft store , and the safeway will probably be just as good . I also got some PG from london drugs and I'm sure any pharmacy can get it for you I paid $1.56 for 100ml of PG and ordered 500ml more just don't know if I need that much lol .

Also any natural health food type store should carry VG I got the Now brand VG 4 fl oz for $6 .

I just need to find the Loranns flavoring somewhere local as the regular flavorings I have found at safeway and such aren't useable

Yesterday I ordered PG "food grade" thru Lablaw's pharmacy and was told it was $8.56 CDN/500ml so I ordered two. However, they also told me it would be a couple weeks to get it. No worry's I'm not in a rush.

Good link Nuck..... but I can't believe that I'm unable to find a Canadian supplier for the LorAnn flavours !! The search continues as I develope my new "purchase only from Canadian sources" (if and when possible) attitude.

** Nuck, I'm about to send you a PM... let me know **

For flavoring someone posted this link a while back:

LorAnn Candy Flavoring Oils

I think I'll just order all of them and play mad scientist for a bit.
I think this place uses UPS to ship to Canada, which is an absolute no no for me.
The only familiar place I found LorAnn flavours was eBay, so I think I'll be trying to get a few from there, but which flavours is the question.

Ok.....so......

They come in one dram (.125 fl. oz.) bottles, so what ? Is it filled to the brim with the liquid ??

And someone else do the math for me pls... whats that in ml.

Looks like all contain artificial flavouring and propylene glycol, and some with ethel alcohol.

Will see what else is out there.... guess I'll actually have to pop my head into those kraft/baking supply stores .

I got some PG (XENEX 500ml Propylene Glycol USP) at shoppers drug mart, question is there a difference between food grade and USP? does the food grade you got have USP? Also wondering if anyone knows what the the warning label that has a circle with a T and a dot below the T means? The bottle says may irritate eyes and mucous membranes, avoid inhalation?

Hey smokeum..125 fl oz = 3.7 ml

I did manage to find some flavorings at Walmart but only a few of them didn't contain any sugars (wife grabbed em for me so I didn't get to precheck)

This page is page 2, and your refering post was on page 1. You can select the page numbers to backtract when you need to.

Hope this is what you were talking about.

For those that like peppermint and spearmint... I've just bought some pure mint and peppermint extract Club House brand. About $3 for 43ml. I mixed it with the juice that came with my e-cig since there was minimal vapor and no taste. I did a mix of the e-juice, glycerin and the extract. Tastes great. No really a menthol person myself, but its better then what I had til my order shows up. Also the ingredients on the extract - propylene glycol, alcohol and oil of peppermint and spearmint. So it actually mixes nicely.

Sure I'm prob down to nic lvl of an ultra mild, but I stopped using my e-cig since I wasnt getting anything from the juice. I would puff on it and then light up a smoke right after, giving me one hell of a headache after a while. At least this will slow my smoking down until my order comes in and I wont be getting the headaches anymore.

ICC,

USP is pharmaceutical grade and is the standard we use in the US and Canada. I have no idea what food grade means.

I always grab USP..wouldn't use anything for vaping (VG or PG) that didn't carry it.

Food grade (I am quite sure) means that it has been proved to be safe to use in food by the FDA, i would imagine pharmaceutical grade would mean safe for use in pharmaceuticals
