I couldn't find this in the thread but I'm having some issues with my go go and I am not sure if it's bad carts or a battery problem. My go-go is about two-three weeks old. Two of my carts topped off taste like chemical and my third one now burns my throat when I hit it. The one that burns my throat I just filled yesterday. It's dripped out the bottom so I know it's filled and the other two have been refilled daily. What can be wrong? Or is this a bad group of go-carts that came with my go-go they are the stainless steal kind. Also is this a battery problem or cart problem since its 3 of them? Please help and my juice is only a week old and 70/30 VG/pg 24 mg it just started doing this 2 days ago.

I would almost say with what you have described. It may be your juice, with the chemical taste and burning your throat. What flavor is it and where did you get it from?

Its two different flavors of juice. 1 is watermelon from vaporbomb and the other is one that was made from a vapor store in Los angeles. They use most of there juice from rawr vapors. What is the best method for pushing down the filler. Tapping helped a little. The other two taste bad only in the go carts :(

Use a McDonald's milk shake straw to tap the filler down evenly and you should be good to go. The process of inserting the filler material at the factory is a combination of machines and human labor. Sometimes the filler is not packed all the way to the bottom where the coil can pick up the juice properly. It's a fine line. You don't want to pack the filler so tight you get crimps and dead spots but you want to insure the whole assembly is seated at the bottom of the carto body. I use the aforememtioned McD's straw inserted over the top of the filler and then gently tap the carto body and straw on a table top. The fact that all three new cartos are acting the same way tells me that the location of the filler is the problem. Good luck and let us know how you do.

I'm new to e-cigs, I've been vaping for a month or so. I started with a cigarette style e-cig but did no research before purchasing it. The day I got it I started my research and found this forum and discovered I'd purchased the wrong type of e-cig. Within the first week I had battery problems, prefilled cartomizers that are meant to be the equivilent of 20 cigarettes that were nowhere near 20 cigarettes and cartomizers that could not be easily refilled, so I quickly did more research and price comparasoms and thought the go-go would be the best for me at this stage.

When I received my go-go my first thought was 'this looks nothing like a cigarette and can not be used like a cigarette', but it does look pretty cool and gave myself the mindset of 'this is gonna work for me', and it has, well and truely.

I found the batteries had almost no charge out of the box so it was a long wait until the first one charged. As it was charging I began reading the instructions, then after realising the instructions were in english but still pretty much a foriegn language I stopped reading and just waited for the battery to charge up.

Then the moment of truth, I had a charged up battery, I'd filled a cartomizer with juice and began to experiment. Within the first puff or 2 I had great vapor and great flavor and in all honestly I realised I'd purchased exactly what I needed. And as far as the 'not like a cigarette' issue, it just didnt matter, it gave me everything I needed.

So its been a couple of weeks and I'm still totaly stoked with this thing. I cant believe how easy it is to use. I'd been reading through this forum and thought that electronic cigarettes in general must be complicated little devices due to the many many issues users were having, from filling to cleaning and battery problems ect. But the go-go has given me no problems, I'd run into a couple of small hurdles but they were nothing common sence couldn't sort out.

The only problem I do have is I find it hard to put down, I sit down at night and puff away on it for hours at a time, I wasnt a very heavy smoker, maybe no more than 7 or 8 a night without feeling sick and getting an irratated throat, but I can puff this endlessly it seems. I love the flavor and the ability to fine tune the throat hit which the other one I had couldn't do.

So yeah, thats my story, awesome e-cig, very easy to use for an inexperianced person and I haven't even considered having a smoke since I got it, I stil have 6 cigarettes in the console of my car that have not tempted me at all.
One thing I love about e-cigs in general is that if you feel like a couple of puffs you dont have to smoke a whole cigarette, I think I smoked the biggest portion of a cigarette because I didnt want to waste it, not because I felt like it.

Its a 10/10 from me, but then again I have very limited experiance, which will probably stay this way as I dont see the point getting something else as this works a treat.

That is a fantastic testimonial. I too, never touched another cigarette once the gogo hit my mailbox. That was in early March. you might want to look at this thread to broaden your knowledge of this great PV. Good luck and happy Vaping :)

I found this particular thread a few days ago and was super stoked to find it, I spend an hour or so a night reading it, so far i've got through about 70 odd pages. Its nice to see this product has a dedicated customer base.
There is nothing worse than buying something and reading nothing but complaints about it, I feel confident that the go-go was the best choice for me just based on what I've read in this thread, I just wish I'd researched before spending $60 on a dramatically inferior product that would have worked out more expensive than smoking cigarettes to get the non refillable cartomizers, although I did find away to refill them its just not the same having muck around with refilling something that is not designed to be refilled.
One thing I dont understand is that after getting my partner to try the go-go she cant have even a small puff without coughing her lungs out. I've even given her some zero nic juice to try and she still coughs, where as I can not feel a thing with zero nic juice. I could understand this if she did not smoke at all but she smokes twice as much as I 'did'.
Anyone else had this issue? I'd love to see her get into vaping, she loves the flavor of the cola and I hate the idea of her smoking cigarettes as much as I hated smoking them myself.

kalimist. this is very common with a lot of folks and could be several reasons. First when you started smoking you would cough, right? Well this could be the same thing and just have to get used to vapor. Also she is inhaling something that may be cleaning her lungs, just thought.

There could also be some kind of issue with PG or VG with her as some folks seem to have problems with one or the other.

I she vaping menthol by chance because this could be a problem.

I did cough for a couple of days when I started vaping but it went away.

I don't know if any of this helps but just thinking and typing on her issue.

Toto, just to add to the discussion about the GoGo adapter to 510 Dual Coil Cartos, I ordered the GoGo 3/28 and 4/4 from Nhaler and Cig Easy. I have 6 batts and the adapter works with the dual coils on all but one batt. Don't know if that helps you or not. :)

That is odd that it is just the one out of 6. One thing about it, the inconsistency with the products gives us something to talk about and ponder over. Kind of like the weather in KS. If you run out of anything to talk about you can always talk about the weather.:)

Thanks for your help.

Kali, Have your partner take in the vapor into her mouth first and then into her lungs. I've had dedicated two packers a day cough their lungs out with vapor when they first tried it because they inhaled directly into their lungs.
