Hi everyone thank you all so much for the prayers and thoughts.Everything was a breeze.Good news and bad news I'm affraid.They cut away some old scare tissue and they also had to bury a nerve down deeper.My walking will get some what better but I will always have a limp now.I have what was called a Neuroma and that was taken care of.I have also what they call CRPS which is Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.Which from what I understood I will have always have now.Its what they had suspected,I have extensive nerve damage that cannot be repaired.So I have to take B12 vitamins and Neurontin and I have to wear a camboot again.So I go back in a few months and see how everything is.I'm in a splint cast now which will come off in 6 weeks.So the best I can hope for now is I may be able to walk a little better and if that's all I can get then it sure beats the way I was walking.Surgery was not long at all.I was only there for about 3 hours.And here I was so worried about this,and it was very minor.Once again thank you all from my heart you are great.

Oh Chopper, I am glad that things went fairly easy for you. I am sorry about the C.R.P.S., I have P.F.P.S. myself, Patella Femoral Pain Syndrome, so I am in constant pain day in and day out. It is very good though that even though you may have a bit of a limp, that at least you should be able to walk again, that is very much a Victory my Friend. I am just very very happy to hear that you made it through it relatively unscathed and that they were able to get you back on your feet. The most important thing is that there were no adverse reactions to the anesthesia. That stuff can be very very tricky indeed.

You rest up and take it easy my Friend and thank you so much for updating us all;
Sincerely;
Nate aka Darth Vapor

What Nate said...(except I don't have PFPS).

What Nate said...(except I don't have PFPS).

I second (or is it third now) those remarks! Welcome back! I like how you're keeping your spirits up though! Like my shrink tells me, progress, not perfection! :)

I don't have an official shrink but I like that thought. I'm here too late to wish you well before the surgery but I'm very pleased to hear it went well and you're back among the nation. (((((((((chopper)))))))))) <--- healing hugs :)

Well, I've now made 3 tanks. The second began to get a rubber taste, which I assumed meant I had the hole too low. Made another yesterday and the rubber taste began today. It's the stoppers; the taste is exactly what they smell like. I washed and rinsed them, then boiled them. The boiled water smelled of them also. They're soaking in cold water now. I'm going to put one together and see if that solves my issue. If not, I'm going to have to look into something else to use on the ends of the tank...

Wow Stomkat, I am very sorry to hear that, that is the first I have heard of any rubber tastes. I know that Storm Tanks are very similar and they do not have a rubber taste either from the reviews I have seen. I sure hope the boiling takes care of that for you because these are an awesome leap forward for the Go Go and Go Go Pro.

Sincerely;

Oh I would love to sample some chopper, I love trying new juices! Toss one in with my order when you get it finished!!! I like fruity, sweet stuff and low nic (under 12mg)

I got ya cleo,its one called tropic twist.I will make it 12mg if that's ok?.I will get yours done soon.I have replacement tanks to make for some others as well.I guess my speed these days went from slow to stop lol.I need to get some tobacco flavor so I can make some with a twist to them,but the tropic twist has no tobacco,so no worries about that.

I soak all my tank components it very hot water before use, have done so since the first experiment and no rubber flavor at all. I've used syringes from different manufacturers.
