My wife will answer any PM's and she will be doing all my shipping for me.I finally get to leave her a honey do list lol.Hopefully when I get home it will be on crutches and not my wheelchair.I go in at 1:45 pm.So if all goes well I will post even though I know this thread was not meant for things like this.So I hope that is okay with everyone. She even has learned my wife that is,to make tanks she has been helping me out with them and they look no different then the ones I make.

You are one lucky man!

One of my batteries has developed the rattle, meaning the tiny dot of glue holding the actual battery has come undone. so...

1. is it fixable?
2. should I bother fixing it?
3. Does the "pro" model battery have this problem?
3a. Does the "pro" model need the occasional lifting of the battery post?
4. How long should I expect a battery to last?

I do like my go-go and will order a couple more batteries but not sure if I should get the pro model. I'm not really enthusiastic about the led screen. (like putting a computer in a toaster, unnecessary tech) but if it's a sturdier battery I'd go for it.

Prayers for our chopper22980 if you are a pray-er. He is having surgery on his leg tomorrow. He's a little fearful of the general anesthesia. Let's pray for a successful outcome for our friend chopper! we  you!

One of my batteries has developed the rattle, meaning the tiny dot of glue holding the actual battery has come undone. so...

1. is it fixable? If you are familiar with working on these kinds of things then it can probably be fixed, however I would personally not recommend you do so.

2. should I bother fixing it? I would not try and fix it

3. Does the "pro" model battery have this problem? I have not had any such issues with any of my Go Go's including the Go Go Pro.

3a. Does the "pro" model need the occasional lifting of the battery post? I have not done anything to my post since owning my Go Go Pro other than wipe off the occasional tiny bit of condensation

4. How long should I expect a battery to last? Mine lasts me for anywhere from 2 to three days myself.

I do like my go-go and will order a couple more batteries but not sure if I should get the pro model. I'm not really enthusiastic about the led screen. (like putting a computer in a toaster, unnecessary tech) but if it's a sturdier battery I'd go for it.

I have went ahead and bold blue answered each question above. Keep in mind, all of my personal Go Go Merchandise has come from Cigeasy. The "Go Go Pro" is in fact Only available from Cigeasy, and if you read the review I wrote you can have all of the information you will need to make your decision as to go with purchasing one or not as I have added everything I could possibly think of into the review.

Here is the review link for your reading should you like to do so:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/standard-e-cigarettes/216832-review-go-go-pro.html

Now on to shocks and drops, I have no idea whether or not you dropped, bumped or otherwise had a Boo Boo with the battery in question, but I have indeed dropped mine on several occasions and have not had this happen.

These are electronic devices and probably do not take too well to drops, even though mine have not objected to the occasional bumps and bruising's LOL :p

I do Hope this helps out Roach :D

Go-goUSA also has the Go-go LCD battery. It isn't called the Pro but appears to be the same battery. Here are some pictures http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...icial-go-gousa-com-thread-53.html#post3956110

Yeah, I saw that too, that is why I added the caveat about my review being specifically on the Go Go Pro, that way there was no mistakes or confusion in the future if an LCD Battery is purchased from anywhere else and does not perform the same way.

If you are not interested in the LCD I would just go with the standard Go-go battery. The LCD battery is about an inch longer and the same diameter. Go-goUSA.com | Go-goUSA.com I really like the LCD myself because I like to know how much charge I have left and combined with the Chopper Cyclone Tank I know how much juice I have also.:2cool:

OMG!!!! I think I just set the new record for the shortest amount of time anyone has ever owned a Go Go Battery ROTFLMAO,(and kinda sad at the same time).

I just got the mail today and low and behold my Cherry Jazz Go Go Battery Came today!! WooHoo I say, and proceed to open the package. Less than one second later my precious battery was no longer in my possession and had been claimed by The Admiral! She nabbed it in less than one second after being pulled out of the packing material with a very firm and resounding "MINE!"

I love her dearly, I really do :D

Ok I didn't know if you knew Gormly had them being as they just got them. I have the Pro from Cigeasy and have ordered a Stainless LCD from Go-goUSA so I will see if there is any visable difference. I just got my new Chopper Cyclone tanks today with the rubber filling plug and they are great. The rubber plug really makes it easy to fill.

Oh how cool! I am still doing some research on rubber stopper plugs of a smaller diameter right now for use on the DC Tank I have.

I can't wait to hear your assessment of the Stainless LCD Battery. Very curious as to the power output and longevity. My Pro lasts me three days or more. I took it off the charger Monday at 6 am and it is still going strong.

They are replacement ones of the older screw fill hole method. So I have 4 more to ship and I will do so shortly.I told the original 5 I would replace the older tanks with the new one's and my word is my bond.

Thanks for the replies. I was wondering about the overall life span of a go-go battery, not the usage time. Like in, can I expect a battery to still work six months from now not how long can I use one before needing a recharge. I've found that just alternating them daily gives me plenty of day to day use. I don't even know if I was close to completely discharging them. :)

And my battery probably rattles because I dropped it. Eric's fix it page indicates it is most likely not a problem. The repair looks more risky than leaving it alone.

Well I received my Go Go Pro a week and two days ago, but it does seem to be even better than the originals and I have had them for over 4 months now and never had a single problem with them really to speak of. They still last me just as long as they did the day I got them so I am seeing really no degradation in charge or any other ill effects over the past four months.

I hope this helps you out :D

I've had a battery apart (don't ask) and it's not something I'd recommend. While messing with it, one of the wires broke off the little computer board, luckily I'm good at soldering so all's well, but I'd probably just live with the rattle. Bats are obviously going to have a finite life, usually measured in the amount of charges they'll take. I did have one go-bat wonk out but that was a computer issue within the first month and the supplier replaced it. Haven't heard of any that died, seeming at the end of their life yet. It will be better to not keep charging them, iow run them to till they blink out and then recharge, if you're concerned about longevity.

Based on the specs I've seen, if you're not enamored with the LCD screen, get a regular one.

My battery had the rattle after a drop. It was pretty annoying to feel it move everytime I used it. I fixed mine and it was really easy as long as your careful when you pull the tube off. Keep it close to the table you're working on so that the battery doesn't fall and break the wires. I used a little rubber cement on the bottom of the battery and it's as good as new.
