For those who like the tank for the GO GO.I also make tanks for other type of cartos.Just PM me for any details.

Terrific! I sent a pm earlier before I'd made my trek thru ECF - just in case, chopper, you think I've lost my mind. Well, maybe, but mostly I hadn't been here yet. :?:

I can attest to that, if y'all don't mind be "blown' Chopper's horn".
Just received 4 today in the mail, 2 he made for my Boge 3.0s and 2 he made for my Fusion cartos.
Tried them out, and they rock. Excellent workmanship as usual, and excellent service from a great guy.

I honestly wasn't expecting them so soon all things considered, but am grateful none the less.
Good work Chopper.

Try gently pulling up the center post just a tiny fraction.

Been there and tried that. Its a loose wire,I'm almost 100% sure of it.Every time I push the button and nothing happens.I tap it a few times and then it will work. Now I just have to figure out how to take it apart.

It could also be the positioning of the swtich not making good contact. Do you hear the click when nothing happens? Try turning the fire button half a turn. Eric has a how-to on his site for dismantling a bat. May need to rework the solder joints.

Its a sad sad day for me.My GO GO battery is dead.I took it off the charger and nothing. It worked before I put it on charge. It was not hitting right so I thought it was losing charge. Now it's just dead.It was my one and only, guess I have a reason to get a new one now lol.

eewww.... hope you get it figured out.
I purchased a kit with 2 batteries, and one has been fine, but the second one gave me nothing but trouble out of the box.
I tried that lift the center post a tiny bit and the darn thing came right out.
I managed to get it back in, but have since set it aside. Just recently got one of the new "limited edition" with the window for the battery charge and and "puff counter".
Bought it before I saw there were colors out now.... I'm aiming for a purple one.

I thought I was the only one having trouble with the Go-batteries. I started using the Go-go in February and that's all I use now. Since then I have acquired 12 Go-batts and of those 12 only 7 are working. All are switch problems. Of the 2 "limited edition" batteries with an LCD, only one works, and it is a switch problem.

For me, it is clear that the Go-go is the answer. It gives me so much satisfaction! I just wish they'd redesign the switch!

Thanks cleolove! I had used it to look at the switch. I had to pull the silicone button out to see where the circuit board was positioned. In the process, I tore up the button. But once I had it out you could clearly see that it was positioned back too far in the sub holding it. That seems to be why I had to push on the lower edge of the button to get it to come on. I couldn't push in the middle of the button like I normally do. :glare:

Got a brand new go-go battery today, and here's what it is doing:

I connect it to my old charger (which still works -- I have a batt charging on it right now). Anyway, the new battery flashes three times, then flashes three more times. The charger light doesn't turn red, and the battery won't fire. Does anybody with more experience know what the cause is? I'm not afraid to take anything electronic apart, I just wonder if it will be worth my time.

EDIT: I got bored and took the battery apart anyway. Turns out, the ground wire from the .... of the battery to the PCB was never soldered in place from the battery. A few minutes with the soldering iron and all is well. :)

I found the PERFECT tube for cleaning and refilling the go-carts! It's a steel tube I bought at the local Hobbytown USA store (they sell r/c model airplanes and such). It's a steel tube, with a thin wall, that just perfectly fits around the center tube in a go-cart. The part number is 104, but if Hobbytown stores in other areas have different suppliers, it would be worth taking in a cart and test-fitting a few different tubes. I have had nothing but luck with this tube, which is great because every little coffee-stirrer and cocktail straw I've ever found has disappointed my efforts at re-packing. Definitely worth the dollar it cost me!
