Darn it. I've been holding out, waiting for the clear cartos to become available again. Looks like I can't wait anymore. Really want to get my hands on a tank too. The materials I used gave my juice a rubbery taste that made me sick to my stomach.

Guess I'm just ordering some regular cartos again...

Well, my GoGo's finally came in!
I bought them from the ECF classified. I started with South Beach kr808d2's and thought that was great! I mean I was off analogs right! My wife also converted along with me. I bought cartridges and became familiar with the condom method of filling cartos. Life was good.
Smugface had a SmokeTech Mega Ego set for sale for the March of Dimes...it became my next purchase. I bought XXXL cartos and loved them with the Mega (900mah) Ego. The battery was lasting all day...wow! Good vapor and TH. My wife still liked the kr808's.
Then the first batch of 3 GoGo's came in, I got a tank, 27 cartos, adapters, driptips, USB charger.
I tested the batteries at 4.2, 3.75 and 3.75, I promptly filled a carty by tipping and dripping till full. I attached the 4.2 battery and.........OMG...CLOUDS OF VAPOR.....massive throat hit!!...great flavor.:2cool::)
I let my wife try it too and she converted to the GoGo immediately!
I have some GoGoPros coming in stainless now...the led should be cool.

I do have a question is there anything to cover the outer cone threads when using a tank? ...similar to the shorty thread cones available on the Ego's. I think this would make it more aesthetic when using a tank.

If you haven't bought a GoGo yet...get it...and get it NOW. You will NOT be disappointed.:)

I hate it that Eric at Discount Vapers is having such a problem with CC processors. He's using WePay at the moment and it's kind of a pain to use. I adore my GoGo but I absolutely hate it that Eric is basically our only go to vendor. If supplies are out (like they frequently are) or there's a glitch in something else there's no where for us to run. Yes,yes I know some other places that have cartos and the complete kits (they are bookmarked) I just wish more vendors offered more GoGo stuff. Is there any other PV that vapes just like the GoGo? And I'm not bashing Eric,he's a great guy, with great customer service.

Why not simply suggest an alternative form of payment?

It is much better than it used to be. Before Eric at DV came along we only had two vendors Nhaler and Cigeasy that carried the Go-Go. They didn't carry anything but the kits and cartos. The kits cost 60-70 dollars and the cartos were 3.00 apiece so we have progressed quite a bit in a year.:2cool::vapor:

Ive been using the gogo tank with the pre punched cartos for a while now and things are great. However, with the last two cartomizers the vapor quality keeps going up and down, sometimes within a few minutes.

I am getting a "burned" taste sometimes that remind me of when it was time for me to drip some more liquid....but that shouldnt be the case with a gogo and a punched carto right.....it should be feeding continously.

The only common thing between these two cartos is that I got them from discount vapors while the other cartos i had were leftover from when we used to order from gogousa directly.

Any ideas?

I have been getting the same effect from some of the new cartomizers from DiscountVapers and CropDuster. I'm just using them regular, no tank. When I filled the first one I noticed that the inner tube was much smaller than normal. They look like they are the first generation go-carts that were replaced a few months after they were first released. I had become used to the larger inner tube and was getting consistent good flavor. However, CigEasy gets 13.95 for 5 empty and DiscountVapers and CropDuster only charges 8.95. I contacted Eric and told him about this and he said that he was probably ripped off with obsolete go-carts. So, I am planning on paying a little bit more to get the good ones. I don't know if this could be your problem, but I know that I am getting a "burned" taste early with these "cheaper" go-carts.

Discount Vapers and GoGoUSA are the same company & owner. He just changed the name to reflect the broadening product line.

For the rest, greyrat I think answered that. :)

Hey sonicdsl! DiscountVapers is a great place for Gogo-stuff and I think they'll check for the small tube now. Hard to know if that is related to fog80's problem though. In general, the small tube should be ok.

Absolutely right! I've been buying from Eric since it was GoGoUSA. He's a great guy! I like that he's more of a customer than a proprietor! :D

I’ve been a Go-go maniac member of Go-go Nation since it arrived in my mailbox last February. Everything I wanted in an e-cig: Flavor, TH, and Vapor in a great, long-lasting package. My quest for The Perfect PV was over. I just kept filling up the Go-carts and vaped like a fiend. A perfectly happy fiend.

Then one day … I got an Elite.

THE ELITE 808

After extensive comparison testing with the Go-go I had to admit that The Elite had a slight edge on the Go-go in the TH department. Not enough to kick the Go-go out of my pocket you understand … but The Elite certainly became the other e-cig in my pocket.

And I was once again a perfectly happy fiend.

But …

As much as I dig the cool look of The Elite … I still had to recharge them more often than the Go-go. The Elite’s LED indicator lights minimized the surprise of a dead battery in mid-vape, and switching over to a fresh battery isn’t the hardest thing I have to do all day.

But …

There was always a slight nagging feeling about The Elite. Why couldn’t it last as long as a Go-go? That’s exactly as dumb as asking why a 380 mAH battery doesn’t last as long as a 1300 mAH battery.

Every once in awhile I’m out and about and need the longer battery life the Go-go provides. No problemo … take the Go-go. But what if I desire the extra TH only an Elite can provide? Well I could suck it up and put up with the Go-cart that satisfies 98% of what I’m used to. Or …

Get a Go-go to KR808 adapter.

I had 4 of them. 3 didn’t work. I emailed SSV2 and asked how to make these adapters work. Easy. Just pop the center post out of a defunct Go-cart. Pop the center post out of one of the defunct adapters. Put the Go-cart post in the adapter. Tools required: Tweezers and a small screwdriver for the post popping. And within a couple of minutes I was puffing an Elite cartomizer on a Go-go.

So now if I’ll be away from the home bunker for hours at a time, and have a craving for a tad more TH, I am a perfectly happy fiend … again.

The preceding proves two thing: first, how much I dig my Go-go and second … mental illness has many symptoms.

The working Go-go to 808 adapter I bought from Cigeasy. The other three were prototypes Frank from CigEasy sent me to see if they might work. Just want to make sure I didn't give the impression that I bought four adapters and three of 'em didn't work.

SSV2 told me about replacing the center post on the adapter with the Go-cart center post months and months ago. I just didn't have the heart to sacrifice a perfectly good Go-cart to make the adapter work.

I'm cheap.

Now that I've been Go-going for a year, I had a few completely and utterly used up Go-carts to pull apart. And I'm glad I did. It's been fun re-utilizing some of my fave 808 cartos on the Go-go. Gold Label and Mini Elite cartos vape great!

There is. CigEasy might sell them (they're not listed on their site), but I'm certain that the same source Catmom mentioned earlier has them on hand. And I believe they're in stock too.

Once you try a Go-Cart I'd be surprised if you ever wanted to go back an 808 one. I did not - and ended selling a BUNCH of 808 blank carts (and batteries too).
