I fill mine with the plastic needle tip that most ejuice comes in. So a unicorn bottle should be perfect.

I have wicked and re wicked mine and never a leak. I have the cotton filling the coil but still slides in the coil, and the wicks goes all the way to the very bottom of the four juice wells and I am wicking 70/30 ejuice no problem.

Since the airflow is directly under the coil vapor wl fall onto the mod and appear to be leakage. It isn't. I cured that problem by releasing the Fire button a fraction of a second before completing my inhale so there was less vapor in the chamber.
Cool - that's how I've been wicking the Aqua V2 (but rayon, so tighter in the coil). What's a drag is that I have to split the wick to cover all 4 channels, as the Aqua doesn't have that nifty little silicone plug for single-coil builds. :( They should all come with one of those. :thumb: Teeny tiny fill holes on that thing too. :grr:

Thanks! :)

I wonder if I drill and tap a hole in the top I could make it top fill hmmmmm I only use the mini around the house because filling on the go is a PITA

You'd create vacuum issues, wouldn't you? :blink:
Plus you'd have to either drill two holes (one to displace air while you're filling) or one hole that's big enough to allow air in while you're filling, then find a way to seal the hole(s). Maybe with silicone cone plugs...hmmm...

Agreed. All dual coil RTAs should come with one of those plugs.

Some one said you can run the aqua v2 in single coil mode if you really pack the juice wells really tamp the cotton in the juice wells.

Yes. If air couldn't escape there would be a pressurized tank and it would leak but if i just took the bottom fill and moved it on the top. Assuming the same size it would work yea?

My concern would be that the deck of the Goblin Mini would flood unless you have an airtight plug.

I'm not going to drill a fill port in the top.

When you're bottom filling, there's no vacuum issue, because the juice channels are up on top, so no liquid in the chamber, just displaced air. Another thing about top filling is to maybe close off the airflow while you're filling. I keep forgetting that one. :blush:

As vain as I am, I probably wouldn't either. :laugh:

There are all kinds of silicone plugs - the cone shaped one you could shove in the hole until you feel some resistance. That's how I seal my wine bottles.
The problem is finding one that small that doesn't look ugly. :laugh:

EDIT: I just remembered, ink cartridge plugs fit a ±3mm hole.

That is exactly my concern Cindy.

Since the airflow is underneath; I think the coils will flood and out the airflow.

Let me know if it works.

Brilliant!
But...umm...where can we get them? :)

I have just a handful or I would share, but think cindycated is on to something below..;)

Glad you found a solution .

How is the Mini vaping these days?

Both are working quite well, I just now figured out that extra piece I thought was a top cap replacement is a 510 adapted...oh stop it! Think this is the flavor solution I needed!

Mcgyvress approved, brilliant! One could only imagine what things I found when I googled mini silicone plugs...:pervy:

Ok, so I thought about those little silicone ends that come on fish hook style earrings in the store;
300 1000pcs Soft Silicone Clear Rubber Earring Back Stoppers Plugs DIY | eBay
or these;
Silicone Earring EAR Nuts Stud Rubber Stopper Backs 12 Pair 24 Nuts | eBay

I had a pair still on the card so I trimmed one down and stuck in there, even though there is a hole in it, the tank hole is so small I don't think any liquid will come out. I've got one in there now with abt a 1/3 tank of liquid in it and will let you know if any liquid seeps out

Great idea! Please let us know how it goes.

Vchick: is it my imagination or does the little Goblin hold more than 3ml. I filled the Goblin Mini today and I bet it held 4 ml. My 10 ml bottle was half full and my Goblin hrld about 3/4 of the juice. If someone has syringes and can accurately measure how much the little Goblin can actually hold let me know.

Sure will(two bears) . Recieved the goliath v2 with another g.mini. Built the single as you mentioned 26ga.7 wraps 2.4mm(Dia.). Came out great. Really spent time on the coil gap before dry firing. Ohms at about. 88 then wicked with 60% in juice well just past(chimney) threads. Great production and super flavor. Used Mountain Oaks "way of the dragon" ejuices. Have both rta's with same build. Pretty darn awesome!
