Been an interesting day. A day of re-discovery of sorts.
So my order of Boge cartos came in the mail (10LR and 10SR) and I was happy. I thought about loading one up and taking it for a spin. When I opened my drawer of supplies, I noticed a few tanks I had picked up a while back and never used. Hmmm, the gears started turning....
A few moments later, with the aide of a pipe cutter and my rotary cut off wheel, I had a short tank to fit standard sized cartos. A few moments later I had one of the Boges slotted and ready to go.
All assembled and ready to fill. This is where it gets interesting.
I started trying to find something to fill it up with. I have amassed a good selection of juices, and there are a few I still needed to give an extended run. I started going through, trying to figure out what I might want to enjoy for my work evening. Already had a tank filled with an nice apple, so I didn't really need anything too sweet. Digging, digging, I come across a smaller bottle I have not paid any attention to in quite a bit.
It was from my first juice sampler I had ordered. My sampler was almost all tobacco flavors, but the vendor threw in a bottle of caramel as well. I really didn't care for most of the flavors, but one tobacco was pretty decent. The caramel was good, but a bit too sweet. I found that mixing them was quite good, and my first all-day juice was born.
It wasn't long before I started ordering more stuff, and with that stuff came samples. That led to other juice purchases - often with samples. Before long, I had a whole new world opened up; new flavors which made me realize that I could get my nic and it didn't have to taste like crap.
But here was this bottle. And here was this empty tank. Just enough to fill it up. Ah, what the heck. And ya wanna know what? I enjoyed it. Quite a bit. It took me back and was actually quite good. I have to say it is satisfying. I know why I used it; using it today has taken away that daily crave for a real cigarette. I will have to try to recreate it tomorrow, as the tank is running low. I think I can make it even better now, but maybe not.
Oh and the carto has done an excellent job as well.
Anyone else went back to their first all-day juice after some time has past?
