Ok so I'm completly new to this and want to quite smoking cigs so im going to try this I've settled on the provari v2 and just need some help on what will work for me.

So little bit about my smoking habit I smoke about a pack a cigs a day American spirit yellow and would like to try and get a provari setup that I can use for the whole day in the car and at the office should I get a tank so i can just fill it up with juice and not have to hassle with dripping ?

If so what do i need to order for this to work my cart on provape webesite is as follows [510 Atomizer?:Yes, Add a 510 Atomizer][510 Cartomizers?:Yes, Add a 5 pack of 510 Cartomizers(3ohms)][18650 Extension?:Yes, Add the 18650 Extension Cap][18650 batteries?:Add Two 18650 AW IMR Batteries] and the Pila 4 stage charger

But i really want to just fill this up with juice and go about my day without having to drip all the time also anyone know a good juice that taste kind of like American spirit brand cig?

Thanks for any help I hope i can help out in the future once I start learning more about vaping.

Richmond, Va...Right in Altria's back yard.
Try Bobas Bounty from Alien Visions juice...nothing is going to taste just like an American Spirit cigarette but this is VERY good....awesome reviews.Youre also going to want to add a tank to that if you dont want to refill that often.Id suggest Phiniac.com...they make practically indestructable pyrex glass tanks that look great on a provari.

Sounds like you really did your research church. I give you an A+:) Get the extension cap and the Pila charger. Maybe don't order any cartos from provape because you need to decide what tank you want to use 1st and all tanks won't work with all cartos. Make sure you have 2 and maybe even 3 batteries just in case one fails than you will still have 2. I don't charge my batteries unless I am in the same room with them just for safety and so charging one every day isn't always convenient. You can never have to many back ups. Also when you can it would be a good idea to order a back up PV just for emergencies because if your anything like the rest of us you will be smoking within hours if your PV fails and you don't have a back up. Good luck and let us all know how it goes. I am so jealous of I mean excited for you. I want a provari...:(

I suggest the Tube Tank style of tanks. The kind with the polyfill carto in the middle, a 5 or 7ml and that baby will have you vaping all day! Either that, or a bunch of basic cartos. I don't suggest the Tanko set up (a special atty with little tank cartridges), some people really love them, but they are certainly not fiddle free, and it sounds like that's what you want. They are prone to problems.

Clearos and the new style cartos (no polyfill, they have a resevoir) work really really well when they work, but again, these are not fiddle free by a long shot. They're a pain to fill, and can leak and flood easily if you aren't careful to store them vertically.

Hi,
Congrats on quiting smoking! Since you want to try a VV off the batt, you need to know everything there is to know about these batteries. Start here- http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...9007-warning-rechargeable-batteries-mods.html

Also read all the manual info off the Provape page and their FAQ pages as it has valuable info on the batteries. Only use what ProVape recommends for that model.

The atty you are using for dripping?? You only need the cartos to vape with juice in them, but they need topped off so they don't go dry. When you vape at higher volts it eats juice fast! Only use the 3 SR cartos with it as you can use more settings. With more experience you may want to try a tank, but I know nothing about them.

For first time users you really need to get soem expereicne using ecigs and I suggest you get something simple first to use or keep as a backup like a Volt sealed batt from Smokeless Image. It is easy to use and less likely to cause frustrations when starting out. You always need a backup unit anyway so that would be my suggestion. Then order the Provari :) I have the Provari mini and love it but I still enjoy a Volt type vape too. Just a thought since you are just starting out. bnrk

As for the tank I would suggest Atomizers/Cartomizers

It is a new slightly shorter tank from smoktech that fits the boge cartos. Boge 3.0 cartomizers is what I recommend with a provari.

If I were you, my checklist would look like this:

Provari V2
Extension Cap
Three 18650 Batteries
Charger (If you have the extra cash for the Pila, get it. If not, the other one they have is a great charger.)

Smoketech short tank: Atomizers/Cartomizers
Boge 3.0 ohm Cartomizers:Boge Mix n Match Deal (4 Boxes) (These can be found everywhere but this is a good deal, 4 boxes for $23)

I'm in the market for a ProVari as well. I have my shopping cart full, just can't seem to check out..LOL. I was told the Pila charger was the best, so I will get that. I was thinking of the mini, but was sort of steered toward the V2. I have tanks from another company, but will need adapters for them as they are 808 threaded. So, the Phiniac tanks are great, huh? Might have to check on those.
I've been vaping for only 3 months, but already want the big toys..:vapor:

Somewhere in PA on my Ultra Limited
I love my V2 and run it with the DCT V2 tank listed above (can get them anywhere now). A little difference, I use Boge 3.0ohm cartos (stainless steel - std length) with a long barrel drip tip (I punch them myself with a saddle valve). I tired a bunch of different dual coils and they never really did it for me. The Boge 3.0ohm cartos work great with any of my juices and I keep 4 DCT (3.5ml) filled at all times and just switch out for different flavors.

Good choices on the shopping list !!!!

Excellent choice. Regardless how you're going to use it in the beginning, you can't go wrong with the ProVari.

I don't think you ought to buy atomizers and cartos from ProVape, necessarily. You can find better atties - ikenvape and avid vaper come to mind, and a ProVari really deserves a good Cisco spec atomizer in my opinion. Dripping is a must, even if you don't do it full time, just to test juices and/or to enjoy a flavor to its fullest while at home.

Other thing to consider is a top feeder like the The Dripper / Extra VVProV bottle - notcigs.com

I would go to the ECF Electronic Cigarette Coupon codes - Your source for electronic cigarette discount coupons section and see if I can find a good deal on Boge standard resistance (3.0 Ohm) cartos.

That said, you can play with anything out there on a ProVari. One of the new kids on the block, however, the Stardust / Ego Vision CE4+ carto does not fit directly and you'll need an adapter - keep that in mind. I think they sell on ProVape a 510-Ego adapter, you might consider that.

As for tanks, I still get awesome results with mu J-tanks after 3 months of use, but there are a lot out there. Check out Phil Busardo's videos for some info on some of them. The Big Daddy Pro-Cise finish fits very well (esthetically) on a ProVari, but it's a bit on the expensive side.

Hi chuch i have a black provari and its awesome don' t forget to buy those spring connector to the batteries lost mine and its very hard to find a replacement, also overtime the bottom extension cap would chip away because of constant friction when letting it stand on a table. Works really well on different kinds of atty and since its a variable mod try getting standard or high resistance atomizer as they tend to last longer. Hope this helps.

Nice info, thanks. I know nothing about dripping or even attys at this point, but it does sound enticing.

Wow thanks for all the great info everyone so i decided that I'm going to go with the provari the pila 4 stage charger the extended battery and cap with springs 3 AW batteries total maybe one of those AVA ceramic atomizers so I can drip at home. going to punch holes with a phiniac pyrex tank looking around for discount on the atomizer and carto. I only have one issue with the tank the rubber grommets on the tank does anyone have experience with these and leaking ? or have any suggesting on tanks that are not prone to leaking ? also how about the tips any good recommendations? going to look into the j-tanks.

Thanks again for all the wonderful information I'm still doing allot of research although I do need to find a good place online to purchase good JUICE made with good ingredients taking suggestions on that also :)

Phiniac tanks are great tanks. Good choice on that. I have not heard of anyone experiencing leaking with those tanks. Are you saying that you already have it and its leaking or just asking if leaking is a problem? Some of the earlier models of that tank design experienced leaking such as the Liquinator but most of the newer models of this tank design don't have any leaking issues especially not the Phiniac tanks. J-tanks are also some good tanks that you shouldn't experience any leaking problems with.

As far as juice goes, everyone is different when it comes to what they want out of a juice but if I were to recommend a place to look it would be Backwoods Brew. I love pretty much all their juices. They are my 'go to' vender for liquid. Their Casablanca, Honey Flue, Watermelon, and Malty Toffee are all very different but are all at the top of my BWB favorites.

Good luck on your search for your perfect vape and happy vaping! :vapor:

EDIT: I have to add BWB Orchard Frost to my list of BWB favorites. I ordered it for a friend a few days ago who likes menthol because a lot of people had been raving about it. Wow! That stuff was so good! I don't even go with menthol flavors but that stuff was incredibly tasty.

Unfortunately, you're going to have trouble finding good dripping attys. Avid vaper is out of just about everything, unless you order a custom HH357 with a 2 week lead time. Ikenvape is shut down until further notice due to some problem with their payment processor after they got hit with fraudulent credit card charges from the Philippines. It's not a good time for drippers in search of good equipment.

Big Daddy Pro-Cise finish looks like the one for me with the slap yo momma. Just one question on the carto should I be using the dual coil for the 5ml and single coil for the 3ml tank ?

I almost suggested the Whos Your Daddy tank in my last post because it looked like you were looking for a high-end tank. I want that tank for my Provari sooooo bad. Yeah, the 5 ml is for your dual coils and the 3 ml is for your standard Boge cartos. I would go with the 3ml. I have used both Dual coils and Boge single coils and on a provari the Boge single coil 3.0 ohms outperform the duals by a mile.

It's not nessecary but since it seems like you are going all out and getting the best possible setup, then look at also getting the Slap Your Mamma Tool. It makes filling tanks a lot easier.

You are on the right track ordering a Provari.. It will be the only mod you use... I know direct dripping sounds like a bunch of work, but really it isnt. Its as easy as lighting up an analog cigarette.. Once you get use to it you will relize that it is the best way for performance and pure taste..IMO...
Cartomizers will allways have a strange taste to them. I use SR Joye atomizers 2.2 ohms on my Provari set @ 4.7 volts = 10.49 watts..
