OK, this is my final order based on everyones personal opinion and experience. I feel like this should work. The screws are on back order. Will pull the trigger in 30 minutes after this show I'm watching in case anyone has any saved rounds or hang fires. I feel like I am about to step into adulthood with this purchase.

Any more votes on the grand? I am started to sway to that side. I can build a coil and know the Law... Bullet proof, I see your point. Thanks for the link, I signed up to be notified. I am getting all giddy inside... :p

I'm not trying to sway you, really it's just personal opinion. People love their VVs too. Grands are full mechanical and in my opinion mechs offer the smoothest vape possible. Grands can take one hell of a beating and never skip a beat plus you can give it a bath if it gets dirty.

I'd be willing to bet that Rob has spare screws but he's slammed right now trying to send out wood mods from the sale, shoot redeyedancer a PM and ask if he's got em'.

Will do, PM being spent. Swaying is not a bad thing. I asked everyone for a reason and appreciate everyone's feedback! :)

If you want the choice to run the big RBA's a LP Grand would give you that option. Just a thought.

Make sure you order the right RM2 for what you get. Unmilled for the LP Grand. The IGO-s is stainless steel, in case you were not sure.

The Grand is a wise choice. You can drop that right in water to clean! I like that about the Grand and Mini 2.0.

I am waiting for a reply to my PM before I buy. I also asked if I can get an all gold grand in leiu of the gold with black wrinkle. I am getting itchy though... must resist until I find out about screws and all gold. I am going to feel like the man with the golden gun. if all else fails, i can order the gold with black and then order the black with gold and switch out the front slides. But, what would I do with two RGs?? lol

Just curious, but why a VV grand instead of a regular Grand? You can control the wattage with an all-mechanical grand very well with the RBA. A grand is the flagship of the fleet, if you ask me. I have Both a VV and a regular, and I love them both, BUT if I could ONLY have one, it'd be the regular Grand.

I'd second this. I have both, too. If I had to pick one, it'd be the regular Grand.

Chips can go bad. Mine hasn't in over a year of continuous use, but it is a chip and will eventually die. A VV is taller, so less pocket friendly. The VV takes stacked batts. Also, the button is very sensitive and I always turn it off before putting it in my purse or when I sleep. I don't want the cats to accidentally knock it over and it fire.

The Grand takes one batt, never have to turn it off, can build a coil for whatever ohm I want, very pocket-purse friendly without worrying about misfires, can be dropped and not have to worry if the chip's okay, because a Grand will just keep on working.

Welcome WileECoyote

+1 on the Mech Grand. Your going to find that much more versatile. Plus, if your really missing regulation, you can always stick an 18490 and a Kick 2 in that Grand.

Also, you may want to consider the LP if you didn't plan on using regular disposable atty's or carto's. I'd imagine the future holds more 3rd party larger format bottom feeding RDA's... so it'd probably be the wiser choice.

Well, have we sufficiently overwhelmed you? :) Wise decision to get a REO. I can't wait to see it when you get it. You have the order down. If you don't get the extra screws right now, don't sweat it -- just don't lose a screw until they're back in stock. :) I have several spares and haven't needed one yet. Besides, if you lost a screw and couldn't get one, one of us would send you one. I would.

I think you will be VERY happy with the Grand. You know, you can just take off the atty, take out the bottle and the battery, and run it under the hot water faucet to clean it. Can't do that with the VV....

Nice Choice! I love the Hammertone, it's either that or tumbled raw for my next Reo!
