Does anyone have an atomizer they can recommend for dripping with an 808 battery? I can only seem to find 901s and 510s. Can I drip (well) by pulling out the filling of a carto? Thanks.

You can get an adapter for an 808 to 510 and use it on a 510 or 306 atomizer 
I prefer Ciscos from Avid Vaper. I have heard great things about atomizers from Ikenvape. I'm not super familiar with 808's but if it's one of those batteries that are cigarette sized, then make sure it is sealed or your battery won't last due to juice getting in it.

That's an option I'll look into, but native is always better in my mind. I'm using an ego-style manual battery (SI X2), so no worries there

If you are using a 3.7v batt, then you should stick with probably 1.7 ohm to 2 ohm for an atomizer. I hope this helps.
901 is actually has the same thread as 808, no adapter needed. BUT not all 901 will work, you should ask SI's subforum which 901 works with your SI X2 (AFAIK, the one sold by GoodProphet will work).
808 + 901 + drip shield = great no-leak dripping set.
