Im currently vaping and enjoying my 510,I let her use it whenever im home and she is becoming really fond of the concept, however, knowing her I know that topping off would become too tedious(she's 50).Not that she wouldnt understand how to do it,but I think she would need a 2 piece design or a cart based piece(preferably with the ability to drip,in case she likes that down the road, but not required).I guess I only know either the blu or the greensmoke(not really wanting to torture her with blu, tho).
Is the Greensmoke a good piece,or is it overrated?Any other suggestions?
Thank you all

I would not go with the green smoke. Not the best 2 piece and expensive. Look at either the kr808d1 or the greencig (greencig is completely different from green smoke). In my opinion the kr808d1 is easy to maintain, easy to refill and both the kit and cartomizers are well priced at a lot of vendors. A downfall is the cartos will burn if you vape them dry and this may turn your mother off. The greencig is more expensive, however, the cartos last longer, produce better output and will not burn. They seem to last forever when you refill but do require a syringe to refill easily. Greencig cartos will work on kr808d-1 auto batts.

I got a KR808D-1 from vapor4life for my 70-something Dad for christmas. I figured it would be the easiest for him to use. No muss, no fuss. I did show them how to refill carts and gave him some bottles of juice. But I think they just may be ordering more carts.

he loved it, he's a long time menthol smoker, and his first comment was "Its just like a real cigarette."

He may still have an analog now and again, but he's cut way back. Since the Doctor told him after a stroke he had to quit and he's never been able to do that, I figured this was a worthwhile expense.

I'll step into this one and say a few things since I'm older than your Mom and I have started to vape. First you need to figure out her financial situation. Cartomizers are expensive to use. I'm 61 and I'm using the 510. How well do you really know your mother? Does she go online? Is she the type to get informed? Just because she's 50 doesn't mean she isn't capable of coming in here and becoming an informed consumer. It also doesn't mean she won't take the time to find a satisfying alternative to smoking if she wants to quit. It depends on how motivated she is. I have certainly put a lot of time into researching on this forum because I've tried all of the other routes to quit and none of them have worked for me. I've smoked way too many years and I know the damage I've done to my lungs. I have to suceed this way. That means I will work my .... off finding what works for me. Is your mother looking for a way out too? If she is don't underestimate her because "she's 50." Someday, if you are lucky, you'll find that to be a productive age.
