If either one of you has a recipe for sweet potato pie I would love to try it.....I stuck to pumpkin this year and nailed it!!
This is the first year I sent all (most) of the leftovers with my son back to school..sigh..none for me (I hid a plate in the cheese draw:D)

Kittypie let us know how you like the Swiss Almond/Coconut Breeze mix. I think I'll also try mixing the Coconut with Key Lime Pie like LouP suggests, and maybe with Cheesecake - Coconut just seems like it would mix well with other flavors, so I think I'll experiment.

Good morning, you wonderful VVers!

Lou, NO marshmallows in my sweet potato recipe...it has a nice, crunchy topping reminiscent of pralines. :)

Sometimes we eat just sweet potatoes for breakfast around here. Delicious!

I finally ordered some KCM and admit that I spent too much time today trying to figure when I could start stalking the mailman!:)
I can't wait!!

Here ya go:

Karen Richardson's Sweet Potato Casserole
(she was my sister out-law for the eight years I was with her brother - like back in my TWENTIES. omg I've had this recipe for THIRTY YEARS)

FOR CASSEROLE: Preheat oven to 350.
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla (I'm a vanilla freak and usually use 2 :) )
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup milk

Mix well and pour into buttered casserole dish.

TOPPING:
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts if you prefer them)
1/2 butter, softened to room temp
1/3 cup all purpose flour

Mix all together with your hands and cover the sweet potato mixture with it.

Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes until nice and bubbly around the edges.

I got a new bottle yesterday and oh, it's such a beautiful color and smells so divine! Imma let that bad boy steep even more since I can't seem to put down this Vanilla Latte/French Vanilla Kiss combo. I go in spells. I'll be stuck on this for a couple of days, then I'll switch to PB Sammie and feel like I've died and gone to heaven all over again. Then the Swiss Almond...well, you get the picture. :)

Oh, and if you want to switch it up a little with the PB Sammie, add a bit of Nakey Vanilla or the French Vanilla Kiss. Adds just another layer of omg.

I will fill up several tanks at once with a variety, KCM, PBB, Vanilla Latte/French Kiss, KVM, Blueberry Cheesecake, Turkish Coffee, Forbidden Fig, Coconut/Swiss Almond, White Cherry Crush, Mango/Peach/Cheesecake combo, Root Beer, (to name a few), put them on the several PVs I now have, put them all in a big pencil type holder and then I constantly rotate vaping my face off with all the different juices. I can never remember which PV has which juice, so I am always pleasantly surprised, but when I get to the KCM its like "OH SOOO DAM GOOD"! I am so addicted and I love it! :vapor:

Kitty, that recipe looks delicious - I may just have to try it out! :)

Annette, I rcvd my first order of KVM and I'm LOVING it!!!! I couldn't wait for steeping so I tried it and it was sooo good. As it is NOW steeping its really coming to life. Can't wait to see where this goes! You are the sweetest for helping me with the Bella Amaretto sample! Ummmmm....its already empty :facepalm: LOL It is D I V I N E!!! Thank You SO much! Looking forward to ordering more!
