Good Morning VVers!

I am off to work for another event my office is hosting today. I really do like doing these events . . . they are Legal Aid Fairs and people get to come and talk to attorneys that have volunteered their time to help. We help a lot of folks and what's really nice is that most everybody is very thankful.

Good Evening VVer's! Been a super busy day for me...was out of the house at 7am to get my grocery shopping done, and then it was a haircut for Tyler and took him to the school parking lot, so he could drive my car around a little. He started driver's Ed and wanted to know how it felt to drive before he had to go out with his instructor. He actually did really good and now he's looking forward to driving.

Good Morning VVers!

I just looked at the newsletter Annette sent out and I really like the new Blue China Flower and Copper batteries. Might just have to add to my collection! I got some of the Halloween batteries - very cool!

I had a nice but busy day yesterday at the Legal Aid Fair, so today I have absolutely nothing planned but to relax a bit. I looked to see what may be on TV today and noticed some figure skating events - one of my favorite sporting events - so I guess I will be watching some ice skating today while vaping my face off!

Hey all it's been a minute but I am still alive! Although just how alive is debatable because I have been working like crazy. I hope everyone is good!

We are now going to other cities so I am away from home quite a bit. Got a new cat that I rescued who we named Orchid. Well it turned out Orchid is in fact Orcho because he's a stinky boy rather than a sweet gentle girl! J/k he is cute but absolutely nuts. Omg Kitty this cat is just like yours in that he attacks my feet. He doesn't play nice either, there is much biting involved. He also tends to chase feet I have even stepped on him once or twice as he launches himself at me out of nowhere. Then he hisses at my feet because they accidentally stepped on his tail and makes a hasty exit. So our hands are full with that and then I am working in other cities so the internet is a luxury.

I ran out of juice there about 2 weeks ago but paid a visit to a vaping shop in Houston while I was there. First time ever being inside one. I loaded myself up with some generic liquid they had there, just to get me through the work week in Houston. The owner was very interested in my Ego Twist, had never seen one before. I eyed him warily and kept a safe distance lest he try to wrest it from my hands. Wondered how he didnt know about variable batteries yet had an ecig store. It was all too confusing so I took my supplies and made a hasty departure. Still not quite sure if he was kidding or not...You know how cross cultural humor oftentimes doesn't translate well and ends up offending the locals.

Orchid/Orcho sounds like lots of fun. When we got Old Man (at age 3 weeks) my son chose the name Roxie. A few months later I noticed something..odd. Try explaining that to a two year old though. The name stuck, but he was always secure in his masculinity.
Don't work too hard....

I had a wonderful weekend harvest hopping!! Beautiful weather, fall colours, sunshine.......

Hope everyone else enjoyed theirs!!

Happy er... Monday! I took the whole day off yesterday and slept for 12 hours, too! Feel bright eyed and bushy tailed again today and ready to tackle another week! Hope everyone has the best Monday possible!

Good morning everyone. Enjoying the summer like weather here for the first part of the week..then cooler weather is suppose to set it. Over the past week we have received some rain so it's not so dry and dusty which is good for my allergies. We still could use more rain as we are so far behind....I just can't believe it's almost the end of October. I just feel like I've been running behind the entire year. Have a great day and don't work too hard....

Good afternoon! Been pretty busy around here--I think everyone wants that Cotton Candy Spider Web we're giving away, LOL! We got our first rain of the season over the last few days and I'm looking forward to the first green grass growing back in. Plus, I love the sound of rain on the roof!
