Well, dang, I come in here to catch up and I'm a bit of a blubbery mess now reading about all the baby happiness! LOL Iowa Gal, congratulations on not drowning any of your children.   By the way, my mother smoked through all four of her pregnancies and we were all a bit on the small side but otherwise healthy, thank goodness. This was a long time ago, back when they put mothers under anesthesia to deliver their babies, and fathers paced the hall, probably smoking!) not allowed in the delivery room! (And the doctors and nurses probably smoked in the hospital too!)

Annette, I cracked up at the picture you conjured up of a poor, helpless overturned beetle. I hope baby is getting good and fat and continues to delight you with kicks and somersaults.

Happy Saturday! :D

Between the transition to the new customer service system and DC Vapefest, I haven't had a day off in way too long, LOL, so I'm going to make the most of this weekend! Best of all, I'm looking forward to another ultrasound on Monday when I'll get to peek in at my little one! I can hardly wait!!!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!:)

So far loving the changes on the site! The wishlist feature helps remind me of juices I want to try. Wish I could go to DC Vapefest, sounds awesome!! Unfortunately I'm quite far away. No vape events here. :(

The nice thing about New Mexico though is that the weather has been great for the past month. Already in the 80's here!

Have fun at your ultrasound Annette! Must be exciting!

Apostlyte, I'm in my 7th month now so getting pretty big and uncomfortable, LOL! I hope you enjoy that Vanilla Chai Latte!

Iowa Gal, I'm getting so excited to meet the little one, I can hardly wait! When I first found out I was pregnant, nine months seemed like an eternity to wait but now I'm realizing how much I still have to get done to get ready and the big day is fast approaching. Starting to gather advice and "must have" lists from girlfriends and am working on my baby to do list this weekend. Any advice for me on essential preparations?

Annette just make sure you have a nice cradle or pack and play that you can keep handy in the living room or your bedroom at night for the first month or so. Unfortunately you'll be getting up often and the closer the little one is to you the more you will like it. Anything you can to in prep like fix meals and put them in the freezer etc will help, as the little one will need your full attention and you will be tired at first. If your little one ends up being fussy and not sleeping well let me know, our last granddaughter was that way and there were a few items we got to help her mommy out a little. Hopefully you won't have that problem.

We are at six months with our second, so congrats! Make your space your own, no change is too extreme, you have an intuition that matches your unborns needs, go with it. These needs will come fast and frenzied closer to due date and you won't feel ready, but then the miracle happens and you just bask in the glory of it all. Such a wonderful experience!

So... I havent been around these parts for quite some time. My protank 2 mini shattered at work, and ive been too far in the hole to get another one. It sucks so bad especially for days like today.

In other news a lot has happened in the past month! I got my drift car up and running again, so I can actually drive this year! I also got employee of the month at work! Hopefully I can buy another tank this week after payday.

Try using one of those body pillows between your knees if you are a side sleeper...just hug the pillow:)

Iowa Gal, thank you so much for the suggestions! Now if only you had a trick to help me get a good night sleep with this big, pregnant tummy! :D

Apostlyte, congratulation on baby #2! :)

And CalMeMav, welcome back and congrats on getting employee of the month! :toast:
