Good Afternoon. Now I've gone and done it ... I have promised my daughter, a personal trainer, that I would attend her "Bootcamp" class tomorrow morning.
She is so proud of me for quitting smoking but now wants to torture me!
An hour class, taught by my sweet child that they call "The Punisher" at her gym.
I told her I would have a heart attack, or a stroke ... Or an embolism ... that my innards would be irreparably damaged if I tried to exercise for an hour. She just rolled her eyes.
If you never hear from me again, after today, you will all know why. Now where are those running tennis I bought about five years ago and never wore?

As I mentioned a while back, I've been working on moving to a new e-liquid kitchen. It's taken a bit longer than I'd hoped, but we're almost there! I should be moving in next weekend! I'll have a lot more counter space and a big, 3 compartment stainless steel sink to separate nicotine, VG and PG. I am very excited about the new space as it should enable to me ship faster with everything laid out just the way I need it to move orders through more efficiently. I'll post pictures over the coming week as it all comes together!
Good Afternoon. Survived the Bootcamp exercise class, but I think I may not be able to move tomorrow. My other daughter wants me to try a hot yoga class with her this week. I can barely do sit ups and push ups now I'm suppose to cook myself into a pretzel? Yikes - this quitting smoking is getting dangerous.

I got dragged by a friend to a hot yoga class once, Larkfour. All I can say is I thought I had died and gone to hell! Longest 2 and a half hours of my life! Although, I did feel pretty good once it was over, LOL!

OMG Annette - two and one half hours! You scared me ... Had to go look up this hot yoga place my daughter wants to take me to. Have a choice of one hr. Or 1.5 hr. Classes. I think 1 hr. class should be embarassing enough. I can touch my toes but I haven't even thought of doing a back bend in at least 30 years. Lol.

Niece still in hospital.According to monitor contractions are 3-5 minutes apart. She is having lower back cramps (I never birthed no babies Mizz Scarlett but I know what that means...begging for epidural) and she's leaking fluid. Would be wonderful if no inducement needed!
