Just keep at it. Bootcamps get better and even a little fun. Although it took me a year of doing them before I started kinda liking them. I still get sore though sometime. I love Yoga, but not Hot Yoga. I'd recommend just a regular yoga class.
Okay, I have to ask. What is the difference between regular yoga class and Hot yoga?
I hear that, Joanr. I'm 53 and I can practically hear mine creaking today! Still, I walked to the post office to pick up Saturday's office mail.
Also: Salonpas capsicum pain relief patches. Get you some.
Good morning, Annette, Ty and all to come. I read all the great reviews about VV's Caramel Creme/Creme Caramel...I just know it's caramel...and ordered a big bottle yesterday. How could caramel NOT be good? Wonder if half and half caramel and choc. cake would work? hmmm
Hi, Wendyz.

ROTFL!!!
Joanr, you should have gotten your shipment notice. I just got too burned out late yesterday and left the shipment notifications until this morning... Let me know if you didn't receive your tracking info as of this a.m.
It is officially a Family conspiracy to kill me! My sister called and asked me to go for a bike ride. No - It is cold out and the only bike I have is an old one of my sons.
Then my other sister calls and wants me to sign up for a mini-triathlon with her!
I haven't biked, run or swam in years. What are they thinking???
Bootcamp, hot yoga, biking, running, swimming .... Geeze what's next.

I forgot today was a postal holiday though.Quick question for you, Annette...I received my shipping notices, but only one had a tracing number. Were they mailed together?

The description of hot yoga sounds like every construction site I ever worked on in the FL summer, while wearing a lot more clothing.Even my fingers are sore!! One of the Bootcamp stations was a massive rope on the floor (tied to a low hook on the wall on one end). After placing your feet on two sliding plastic plates, you put the rope between your legs and hand over handed yourself down the rope. Typing hurts.
Hot Yoga, from what I can gather, is yoga done in a 104 to 107 degree room. My daughter says it opens all your pores and you dump out all your toxins in buckets of sweat. I wonder if anything will be left of me besides a puddle of caffeine, nicotine, and 39 years of ciggie toxins.
Kittypie - I pray the baby and mom are doing well, good to hear things are coming along on there own right now.
...shame we spend so much time wishing our lives away, huh?
