I'm using 3.0 and adjusted to 4.2. Higher it was starting to feel hard in my throat, but I think I also may be vaping wrong too - I'm trying not to drag in it like a cigaret but it seems there might be a learning curve with that too

Yes, it takes a while to adjust from smoking a cigarette to vaping. With vaping, I find that a light, long, smooth draw works best for me.

I inhale - but I know some that don't - up to you. Play around with different voltage settings until you find what is known as "the sweet spot." As a side note - drink lots of water cuz vaping deydrates you.

Great and good reminder about the water too - another health benefit of vaping

sassers! Oh no! I am a very sad panda about the spill! (And every. single. one. of us has done it!)

w4c gave good advice about taking a long, slow, soft draw into your mouth. You can pull a little into your lungs or not, it's up to what feels right to you. Also try exhaling through your nose...it really enhances the taste, and your nasal membranes are good conductors of the nicotine.

Keep us updated with your play-by-play!

sassers...you are doing great and there is a learning curve. I would suggest you try a lower voltage if it seems to be burning your throat. That is one big benefit of the provari...easy to adjust. Also Annette's juices are so pure... I do usually vape them at a lower voltage then others. I agree on the advice from w4c....I inhale (did when I was younger too:D) on a serious note...I do inhale but slow and lighter than I did with the stinkeys. Also...the water advice is spot on. In the olden days... I would drink at least a pot of coffee or more a day and smoked way too many stinkeys....Now I have 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning...then water after that. I feel so much better. Okay...I've blabbed enough...

Gasp Iowa Gal! You inhaled? hehe...It is so nice having all these people around...

but ECF has taken away my emoticons and everything!? Everyone else seems to have theirs..well, at least Iowa does..hmm

sassers..someone told me when I first started, to draw light and steady for four seconds..I still find myself counting occasionally!

That's what I was missing - the light and smooth draw. Makes a huge difference and is letting me now actually savor these amazing favors

Just wow

Sassers try the OC as soon as you can. There is a reason it did not spill. The vapor ghosts will it! Anything that smells alcohol-y just leave it open with the cap way in a corner somewhere for the night. It's the alcohol gathering as condensation. And yes, I think we have all either spilled or very nearly spilled our bottles. I try not to think about it too much because then I get nervous and my hands start to shake which is no good. Btw, for anyone wanting a long-term solution to spilling your liquids, look into getting a vaping caddy. I think someone also makes custom ones here on ECF. I plan to make myself one soon out of a block of pine wood I have been polishing up.

I am glad you notice the difference in comparison to other non-organic juices. I think most of us that hang here feel the same and we never went back. They are a bit more expensive but you are paying for high quality gourmet, natural flavors. You have some fun in store for you, little one!

Glad you got your vapemaily!

Back from my son's apartment. OH MY GOODNESS! What a mess they had. He said his girlfriend suffered two panic attacks this morning at how mad I was going to be when I got there. I think they forgot to pay attention to the fact that you need boxes for packing! LMAO - looked like twenty bombs had exploded in their apartment, and it was suffocatingly hot in there. I had to clear paths to get the furniture out. We packed up what we could into the moving van and left them with my full size van to shovel out the rest of the place. Youngins can be awfully disorganized.

Hi Annette,
I was thinking about that coconut cream.....All my thoughts tended toward the inappropriate...I think calling the new flavour
Whipped Coconut Cream would be good.....Fluffy clouds of rich, creamy coconut! etc...
Only other thing I came up with was along the lines of "We have these flown in fresh by migrating African Swallows!"
