Well it will because you are burning off the yuck!!!

Right at first just push the button and don't let up. You should see vapor because the wick is wet from cleaning it. Blow on it often--if nothing else it will allow you to see what is going on. The second you start seeing red though do the short burst until you are finished.

You got to be careful at the end or you will fry the poor thing. I know sounds 8-o but you'll get the hang of it.

Hi All!

So much to catch up on! My computer battery has given up the ghost (or the charger..not sure which yet). I'm at the coffee shop..drinking hot cider..very delicious.....bumming a few minutes with someone else's precious....

So....Ty....that was a really nice thing to read...and I agree. Good, good people here. :)

Red...I actually have an autographed copy of Fahrenheit 451. I've only read a couple of his better known works though. I like his short stories....

jj...I use to loove the Spenser novels...have you read those? He was my hero when I was younger....though it may have had something to do with Robert Urich on the tv show...:p

I like adventures, brain twisters, some sci-fi types, just about anything...except romances. Been single too long.....

Sunshyne...I tried two stores for therma wraps...nada. Then the doc said uh-uh...ice! Still. It feels good though and I am getting better every day!

I need to make an order...I have not timed things well and am almost out. Christmas and all. I have always wanted to try that white Choco Raspberry...sounds yummy!
My time is up...should get the battery thing fixed soon....Bye for now!!

Have a Great Day All! :)

I've always loved Fahrenheit 451 and my husband has been trying to get me to read more of his books for years but the who sci-fi genre kind of turned me off. I am reading The Illustrated Man right now and it is fantastic. So hubs was right.

I tend to read mystery/thriller stuff. DH is a total sci-fi nut!!

Good day all!

I've managed a temporary fix for my computer battery. We'll see how long it holds out.

Kitty...she's soo cute!! I remember that first birthday with the cake all over.... Ah...good times....

I hope today isn't Monday 3.0 as jj said...this thread is usually the only way I know what day of the week it is!

I haven't read The Illustrated Man yet. I never had any interest in sci-fi before either but there is some that's pretty interesting ....
We have a cool thing that is done in our neighbourhood. People put out boxes of books by the sidewalk that they want to clear out and anyone is free to pick through them and take what they like. I've wound up reading a lot of things that I never would have looked at otherwise.

Larkfour.......I know you have artistic talent (remember the KCM pic you did? that was awesome!). I wondering if you've ever done any illustrating...like kid's books ...that sort of thing?

Hope everyone has a great day!! :)

Question to all the cat owners...
Anyone know of a good Grain-Free Cat food?

My cats got really sick about 2-3 mths ago from the food they've been on for yrs, and after a little rsrch I found out the company was sold to a big conglomerate. That means much lesser quality products and a lot of sick animals. They just don't seem to want to eat anything I've tried so far or they'll like the canned for a few days and then gag when it's put in front of them. Really don't know what to do... I keep dry out 24/7 and they get some canned for breakfast n dinner!

I feed my dogs a mostly raw food diet. It can be easy enough if you go to your local meat market and look for deals. An assortment of health issues that most pet owners simply put up with, have vanished in them.
