Aaahhh, now I get it. I was picturing rocks. You know...big rocks.

That looks beautiful. Where I live there has been a gradual shift to losing the grass covered lawns and using other types of ground cover. But then the dog walkers zero in on the few that still have grass and let their dogs use them. My front yard has been taken over by strawberry on top of ivy. Makes it hard to get at the weeds though, lol.

Good Morning All!

The sun is shining, the birds are singing and all is turning bright green!
I hope everyone has a wonderful day. :)

Ha ha.....boulders that size & bigger run about .17 cents a pound believe it or not! we did small 3/8", crushed...better for the dogs & walking on.

Good morning, VVers!

I have been mesmerized by the story of the three women found alive after being held captive for 10 years. Apparently, one of the poor women had a baby by one of her kidnappers. I've had chill bumps all morning since hearing this story. Thank God they were found alive!

Me too!! How do people get away with that for so many years? Jacie Dugard for example...So sad. I am glad that the are healthy & I hope they didn't endure too much & someday that the are able to recover mentally & have good lives.

In Tucson we have a little girl that was kidnapped (unknown) from her room (unknown). She was 6 years old...the one year mark since her disappearance has just past. "Isa" No signs, no clues, no answers....I think of her often & stories like this give her parents hope.

Morning Kitty.....me too. On Hawaii Five-O last night, the story was about a girl held for ten years....then I turn on the news. Whose getting the ideas from whom?

I watched the show and then the news too. The latter was horrible and good news all wrapped together. Those poor women!!!

I can't help but notice that the people in that pic are much younger than we are, DHR. But yeah, you go on ahead and give it a shot. Pics or it didn't happen. :D

I have spent the last hour on the phone cancelling two credit cards I received in the mail for which I did not apply, plus two reject letters  from two others with whom I had not applied. Oh my gosh! Saturday, I received a Lord & Taylor card (bahahahahahahahaha! As if!) which pinged my radar. Then today I got a Bloomingdale's card plus the two reject letters. Fortunately it seems nothing had been charged and there is a fraud alert at all three credit reporting agencies, and at my bank. It will be interesting to see if any more come tomorrow! The Bloomingdale's lady said the application was made online from Milwaukee on Sunday night. I made an eBay purchase Sunday night. but I just don't understand hacking enough to know how these awful people do their dirty deeds. I guess they did it while I was buying something online?

All the people I called were very nice, very helpful, and gave me good information, plus reassurance. :) I'm not flustered or anything, but I had to tell someone, so my VV pals, thank you for listening. :)

Yikes Kitty!! That's just freaky.
If people were trying to get credit cards from your info then why did they have them sent to your address? Maybe a stupid question...I don't know enough about this stuff. It is good to hear that all the people you spoke to were helpful.
Chill and relax for the rest of the evening......Everybody chill....mellow....aaahhhh.....:)

Are you signed up with Lifelock? It only costs me $9.00 per month and its very much worth it. Do you use PayPal for eBay? It can be so annoying to have this occur.. glad you were able to stop it all.

Kitty it is down right scary. I've got to the point if they don't take PayPal, I don't buy. The only exception is Amazon. Put the right info in and buy and then change it a bit so it's not out there for anyone to grab.

And if people are that smart why don't they find something LEGAL to do.

Rant over and good night.:D

LouP, I don't understand it either, it makes no sense! You'd think if they were trying to steal my identity, they would have re-located me to a different address.

I'm going to check into that Lifelock for SURE, MPage! And yes, I used Paypal for my eBay payment. All I can say is the miscreants certainly did not hit the jackpot with me.

Happy Wednesday, VVers! We're halfway though the week, and hopefully we will ALL get some nice weather soon...no more snow, no more flooding...just a few days of sunshine please!

Happy vaping! :vapor:

Oh my gosh Kitty!

There used to be a way to work with the three credit bureaus to block credit in your name unless a code word or special pin was provided. Huge pain with extra steps for you if you apply...I had a similar issue 15+ years ago but it was stolen checks....they instantly went shopping! It was very costly & took quite a while to recover. Good Luck....I hope nothing else comes your way.
