It's a secret!
First the good news. I finally got a job! Unemployment ran out a month or so ago so things were getting even more tight than they were already. Anyway, after 2 years of looking for a job, the other day I got a call out of the blue from a company that I had applied to right after I was laid off in 2009. I start monday. It's an outside sales job with a base salary that is just shy of what I was making at my last job. Just as things were getting dark, we got this unexpected blessing! So wanted to give God the praise for that!

On the prayer requests, I'm still wrestling with something spiritually that I need prayer about. So keep me in your prayers that I find understanding and God's will.

2nd prayer request... I've casually (meaning not daily or weekly, or even monthly for that matter) smoked cigars for about 15 years until I quit after finding vaping a little over a year ago. On top of that, I have terrible reflux and have suffered some serious esophogus damage as a result though it has or was healing. However, I was told that the damage was bad enough that there was a good chance it could result in cancer down the road. I've had some weird stuff going on with my throat for a couple months now -- soreness, dull earache, some times a tickle or the occasional sensation that there's something in my throat.

I can't help but fear the worse, and have a follow-up with a specialist on the morning of the 27th. So please keep me in your prayers for this physical need as well as the spiritual.

Thanks!

firstly... I will pray in agreement with you Brother...

secondly... try some Goat's Milk or get some Goat cheese for that stomach disorder... long story short... been there, did that... stomach was healed. It works... there's an 'enzyme' in Goat's milk your stomach produces when it's well.. doesn't when it's not. You'd be AMAZED at how quickly the Goat's milk produces relief. Everything we need for our healing God has provided. When I implemented God's diet I found the path to my healing(s)... of which there have been many. None by 'miraculous' means.. all by following God's original dietary laws.

Lastly, CONGRATULATIONS on the new Job!!!!!

Thanks!

I have NO idea where to get goats milk. :)

There should be some (in cans) in the canned milk section of your Grocer. If your local grocer has a 'greenwise' section of the store, it could be there. Our stores (here in FL), have Goat's milk in three sections of the store.. where they sell the cold milk... in the canned milk section (this is the same section where they sell Evaporated & condensed milks.. like "Pet" & "Carnation")..... and the 'Greenwise' section. I prefer the 'canned' version of the Goat's milk because it's thicker... in fact, a small can of Goat's milk should last you a few days because you only need to consume about 1/4 cup per dose ... even less if you don't like the taste. Mix it with ORGANIC WHOLE milk if you're one of those people that can't stand the taste.
Please Jason... find some Goat's milk... I have PERSONALLY seen Family members who have HEALED bleeding ulcers with it... and I healed myself with it also. :)

Talk about a bittersweet post, Jason......I am so very sorry about your physical problems, but I'm Praising God for your new job! God did not bring you all this way to drop you like a 'hot potato.' Have they done an endoscope? That might be the way to go, so that they can see what is going on......PLUS, your doctor said that it 'could' turn into cancer. Your doctor doesn't have the final say, God does. I realize the 'C' word all by itself scares you. My sister has cancer deep within her upper thigh. It was a rare cancer, but they went back in to make sure all the perimeters were clear, then she is going through light radiation. She has 2 more treatments and it's gone. Her cancer can pop back up in another organ at any time. She is standing on the Word and I am standing with her. I am standing with you as well.:)

It's a secret!
Update:
First, want to thank everyone for their prayers! As recent as two weeks ago, I was walking around with what felt like a grape in my throat. Felt like I was gonna yark at any moment, all day long. Not cool. Discomfort on the back of my tongue, my throat felt raw, noticeable puffiness under my jaw on one side of my face... These symptoms began a little over three months ago and had steadily gotten worse.

Then, Monday of this week I wake up... all gone. Nothing. Go to the Dr today and he decides to stick a light into my throat through my nose (not pleasant) because it's worth taking a look based on all the symptoms. Everything looked completely normal! No explanation for what could have been causing all of those symptoms at once. "Maaaybe some kinda bad infection?" was his best guess.

Either way, whatever it was, it's gone. So praise to God that it's gone, and thanks to all of you who lifted my concerns up in prayer!

OH JASON, THAT IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! The song that just came to my mind is the chorus of a hymn...."How marvelous, how wonderful, and my song shall ever be; How marvelous, how wonderful is my Savior's love for me." I can't express how excited I am for you and your family, as I know they are all so very relieved. 'Praise God from Whom all blessings flow; Praise Him all creatures here below; Praise Him above heavenly host; Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.' Amein
