I wasn't sure where to post this so feel free to move it.
My Son works at a small fabricating plant in IL. as a custom welder. The company notified their employees that they will be subsidizing some of the costs for e-cig hardware and juice for it's employees. The employees haven't been told the details yet.
I'm certain the company is getting some sort of break from someone for something, most likely insurance, but it is still a big step forward for an employer.
