There are a ton of places out there that don't charge an arm an a leg. For e-liquids I use Mr. Vape Inc or EC Blends, but that is personal taste. As far as equipment goes, discount vapors, smokeless image, iVape.net, or heck even Fast Tech (from China). I am sure others will chime in here too.

For those who are vaping on a budget, it's hard to beat these companies. I've placed several orders with both companies and have been very pleased. The only down side to MBV is that, like with many online juice manufacturers, the juices are freshly mixed and most of them need to sit on the shelf for a week or two before they really start to taste good.

That's true but there are quite a few that are good right out of the box and get better by the minute.
