BUT, sometimes the best is NOT the cheapest. It all depends on what you like. But I mostly DIY with a few exceptions, so my costs have come WAY down.

+1 MBV, but I ordered samples from 9 different vendors last week. Stuck on MBV's Peanut Butter Cup and Butterscotch. Talked to one vendor (their shipping dept lost my K PT2's) and asked "Hey, why don't you sell bottles of sweeteners, lemon, or vinegar, so if a flavor you sell just doesn't quite "pop" for your customer, they can do a little DIY instead of going somewhere else?" Evidently, she's been asking the Powers that Be to throw in a small sample size with each order for a while. I'm going to try and track down a bottle of sweetener today, had a few drops from a friend and it made that Butterscotch smooth out and taste EXACTLY like I want it!

MBV!! Great liquids with phenomenal prices and unbelievably fast. I like ECBlends as well, but they take over a week and a half to get here. Maybe I'm just spoiled by MBV's shipping prowess. Also, I recommend the following website for liquid reviews.

Yes, it is as close to dekang as you can get, but I think theirs is a 70/30 mix.

I'll be honest. MBV is cheap. period. While I like a couple of their juices, they lack TH, especially the tobaccos.
