So I'm getting into high / 100% VG juices that are not recommended for plastic tanks, and I'm thinking it's time to upgrade to something glass. I'm currently using an iTaste MVP 2 with an iClear 30, and I don't think I'm quite ready to get into rebuildables. Do any of you VG vapers out there have any recommendations?

I've been a bit intimidated by talk of cracked tanks and problems with the VG being too thick. I was thinking about maybe getting a nautilus, but I'm not sure.

Got myself one of these a couple of weeks ago, Pyrex tank and has both small and large tanks in the kit.

You can get a 5 pack of 2Ω Boge pre punched cartos for around $5

No leaks, gurgling or problems other than having to fill it every day or so, I vape a mix of max strength home made menthol, cinnamon flavoring and cinnamon roll. powerful stuff and it will krud up a protank in no time.

Once you put it together it is very solid and being top fill, you never really need to take it off your mod.

Very nice vapor production and flavor as well

Only down side is the fill hole thumb screw is somewhat close to the drip tip so you cant use wide based drip tips.

In all seriousness, If I had known last summer about these, I never would have invested so much time effort and money in Protanks, Protank 2s, heads, adapter and aspire coil units.

I admit no airflow but for around $25 with shipping you can get these and a pack of cartos to go in it.

Also the tank caps stick out a bit past the glass on the sides so it it falls over, you might scratch the steel but hopefully wont break the tank which is straight sided and likely to be easily replaceable.

Have not broke one yet wheras I broke 2 Zen atty tanks in 24 hours, one of which times was literally falling over on my stone countertop... a total height of 6"

Got no kick against the Nautilus, they sure are pretty but figure $35 for the ato, $3ea for 5 replacement heads (when you can get them) is another $15 so $50+

Every one at my local B&M has these and they sell the .... out of them, but they just barely get the coil heads in and no idea or how much for the tanks.

Any coil is washable if yo are willing to wait for them to air dry completely, used to rinse my PT heads after each tank, gunky juice ya know?

Ive been making my own liquid for a while using only vg and a little distilled water to help with wicking. Never cracked a tank with it. Some flavorings can certainly do that. Ps I HATE HATE HATE spearmint vape now... Can you guess why :p That aside rock on with the vg. One of my coworkers got the new kanger aero tank and loves it.

My lowest VG % that I vape is 30PG/70VG, most of my vapes are 100VG now. That being said, I only use RBA's now, but before I switched to Kayfuns & Russians and drippers, I used Protanks & carto tanks no problem. I say no problem once I removed the top wick in the clearo head and punched my cartos with 2 holes.

I actually had to do a little poking around before I figured out what was going on with this tank, haha. Hadn't heard of carto tanks before. Learning everyday ;)

AGR+ looks pretty sweet. I just ordered a 5 pack of boge cartomizers to try out as I haven't tried cartos yet. Is it safe to say that the vape I'll get with a freshly loaded boge carto should be comparable to the vape I'd get using the AGR+? Or to put the question another way, is it fair to think of carto tanks as a cartomizers with the added look and capacity of a tank?

I'm still drawn to the Nautilus's adjustable airflow. I used to smoke both cigarettes and hookah, so I enjoy being able to do lung hits as you would with a hookah as well as mouth to lung. It does sound pricey, however, and with the availability issues I'm hearing about, I hesitate to go for it...

Yeah, I guess I should have clarified my question. I'm looking for a tank that can handle more corrosive juices AND wick pure VG efficiently. I'm not worried about VG harming the tank or anything.

Is it better to have a bottom coil for VG? Carto, or carto tank? I heard someone say the iclear 30 is good with VG.

The aerotank sounds nice, I'll have to put that in the running.
