I use Case Logic cases. They have a small one that's just long enough to fit XL KR808 batteries. It's a soft cover, so can easily go into a pocket. I use a larger one to hold chargers, extra cartos and liquid if I'm going out for more than a day.
They have so many I'm sure you could find something the right size. There's also alot of cases put out by camera manufacturers that might work for you.

You realize that Case Logic literally makes 1,000s of cases. Finding the one you speak of is gonna be finding a needle in a haystack.

Sounds goofy, but I've used various eyeglasses cases. They typically come as a hard case that provides protection if you drop it. The hard part is finding one that fits in a back pocket. Most are rounded or oval and they don't work well at all.

Reading glasses sometimes come in cases that are relatively flat.

Something along this line . . .

My wife and I both use the V2 soft case (shown below).

Each case unzips to reveal slots for 3 batteries and 4 cartridges. A Velcro-sealed pocket holds additional accessories and a hidden sleeve stores away essentials like credit cards, cash or your business cards. This has been a great case and will even hold my Vapor Titan Soft Touch Diamond Series Regular Manual Battery with a 3.5ml Smoketech tank. The drip does stick out about 1/2" but will still allow me to zip up the case to that point. Size Dimensions: 6.5"L x 2.75"W x 1"D.

The case comes in a few color combos:
Black exterior ∙ Silver interior
Black exterior ∙ Red interior
Silver exterior ∙ Midnight blue interior
Midnight blue exterior ∙ Silver interior

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but it has been great allowing us to carry multiple batteries and extra supplies.

I use this:

THE SLEEK CASE digital camera pouch

It fits the Bloog PCC on one side and in the pocket on the other side it fits 5 batts with their cartos attached or 4 batts and a small bottle of juice and an extra carto or...etc. The shell has a nice texture but is also hard enough to be protective and the zippers are sturdy and it looks nice. Mine is the plain black one with ridges. It's about the same size around as my iPhone in its case and just a smidge thicker. There's also a built in thing to attach it to one's belt but I've never used that as I don't wear belts or cases for that matter.

I also use a point and shoot camera case I found at Walmart for about 11 dollars,,,,,,it's hard shell protects everything, it's not much larger than a pack of smokes, but I can fit several Volt batts, 2 or 3 cartos, 2 10ml juice bottles and my usb and car chargers. Goes right into my purse quick and easy,,,,,,,,just like I used to grab my smokes before I left the house :)
